I piled my cup with some vanilla, and peanut butter ice cream and went to the topping station.
I stood by Zack and sprinkled some sprinkles on my desert. I then added cookie dough bites, hot fudge, and gummy bears.
Once I was finished, I placed my cup in the scale next to Bridgette's and Jc's and talked to them while we waited for the others.
We all got our Fro-Yo and piled around a little table outside.
"Hey guys, I'm here with lil Justin, Con-Da-Bon, Keen-da-Been, lil Sammers, Trev-Trev, Chlo-Chlo, Zachariah, and Bridgeeeeeeeeee-something I don't know still working on a name for her. But we're out getting our Fro-Yo on!!"Ricky said pointing the camera at himself and talking. He wrapped it up and we all continued on our food.
"Oh yeah Connor, what school am I going to be going too?" I asked remembering my conversation with Zack and Bridgette.
"Um, I think it's, East High right?" He asked checking with the others.
I looked over at Bridgette to see a huge smile form on her face.
"NO WAY! That's where we going!!!" She yelled excitedly.
"SERIOUSLY?!" I yelled.
"SERIOUSLY!!!" Zack yelled back.
"Yes! I can't wait!!" I said with a huge smile on my face. "Wait, I'm going into 8th grade, why am I going to East High?" I asked emphasizing the High.
"Well our middle school had to move up the 5th graders because we had like a new elementary school joining the old one or something. And then after a year, they realized the middle school was too crowded so they moved the 8th graders into the High School!" Bridgette explained.
"But we're not exactly with the High Schoolers. We will have our own hallway for our lockers and core classes and then the other classes like gym, art, health, all that stuff is in mostly 1 hall except or Gym which is right off the lobby! So the only classes we have with actual High Schoolers, are lunch, band, and choir! if you want to take those." Zack finished.
"Oh ok cool!" I smiled going back to my yogurt.
We continued talking for a long time until Zack said he had to go home so we hopped back into the cars.
I was in the Ricky's car. Sam was sitting shotgun and me, Zack, and Bridgette were in the back. Sam turned on the radio and probably my favorite song of all time came on.
'Like thunder gonna shake the ground. You held me down, but I got up. Get ready cause I've had enough. I see it all I see it now' Katy Perry's voice sang throughout the car. We cranked it up super loud and yelled along to the song.
"I'VE GOT THE EYE OF THE TIGER, A FIGHTER. DANCING THROUGH THE FIRE CAUSE I AM THE CHAMPION AND YOU'RE GONNA HERE ME ROARRRR!" We yelled at the top of our lungs. We sang along to the song until it was all over. Sam then turned it down to normal volume as we approached Zacks house.
Ricky pulled up and let Zack and Bridgette out.
"Bye guys! Thank you so much!" They said practically simultaneously.
"BYE!" I yelled waving.
"Skype us sometime! We need to get together again soon!" Zack said before slamming the door shut and waving.
Ricky made sure they got inside before he drove to our house. We arrived only seconds after the other car.
Once we were all inside I slid off my shoes and walked over to Connor.
I immediately crushed him in a hug. "I'm so sorry" I whispered into his chest.
"I am too" he answered back.
