Chapter 7

Niall and Harry fight. Louis and Ray go on their date. Sarah meets Ashton Irwin from 5SOS at the album release party.

It's a week after the party and we leave for London, Britain at 10 and it's 7 So, we have leave now to head to the airport. Since, you know, we'll be going through security and luggage drop off and to get through the fans. Ashton and I have been skyping and texting each other the past week. He had to go back to Australia the day after the party. "Sarah! We have to leave soon! Hurry up!" I hear Harry scream. "I'm coming!" I scream back as I grab my suit case, backpack, and purse. I rush out of the house. Well, as fast as I can since in wearing black knee high boots. I'm also wearing a black dress that comes mid thigh that has thin straps with a black leather jacket over it. (Picture Above.) The boys are taking one car and my band's taking another. Harry locks the house up as I get my stuff into the trunk of my car. I hop into the driver's seat and start the car. I put my purse in the back seat with Jake and Maya. Alyssa's sitting in the passenger's seat. "So, Sarah. What's going on with you and Ashton?" Alyssa says as I start driving. "Nothing. We're just friends," I say. "Mhm. Sure you are," Maya says. "Seriously, we're just friends," I say. "Explain to us why you stay up most of the night skyping him if you aren't dating him," Alyssa says. "Well for starters, we leave 14 hours apart. So the only decent hour for him is in the afternoon his time and at night our time," I say. "That's not the reason why you guys talk so much," Maya says. "Alright! I haven't felt like this about a guy that I'm friends with in who knows how long," I say. "What about Niall? Didn't you love him?" Alyssa asks. "Of course I did. And I still do. But when Niall and I were friends, I really liked him. That was over a year ago. Ashton's not like Niall or Alvin or anyone I've dated," I say. "Well, I'm happy for you. Just don't screw this up," Maya says. "Yea. The last thing we need is you going all dark on us," Alyssa says. "How am I going to last in this band?" Jake asks to no one in particular. We burst out laughing as I pull into the parking lot. The parking lot isn't for the airport. It's some kind of place where they drive you over to the airport and you can keep your car there until you get back. Since we'll be gone for about 5-6 months, we can't just leave our car in the airport parking lot. Anyways, we empty our stuff into the car that'll take us over. Harry and I lock up the cars and give the worker the keys. I see a female worker inside freaking out. Probably because One Direction is there. "We can fit 7 of you in one car," a worker says. "That's fine," Maya says. Maya ends up sitting on Liam's lap and Alyssa ends up sitting on Harry's lap in the car. From left to right it's, me, Louis, Liam and Maya in the back, Harry and Alyssa, Jake, and Niall in the middle, and Zayn is sitting up front. We have another car following us with our stuff since we couldn't fit it in the car we're in. It's a 10 minute drive to the airport. It takes us 2 hours to get through security, luggage drop off, and to get through the fans. We end up running onto the Private Jet. I put my stuff down on a table and sit down. "I have never ran that fast in my entire life," Alyssa says. "Get use to it. You'll be running like that through every airport," I say. "Seriously," Maya says trying to catch her breathe. "Yup. Reason why we keep in shape," Liam says. "Guessing we're gonna need to go to a gym," Alyssa says looking at the rest of our band. "Yup," Jake says. Louis sits down next to me. Everyone else goes off into their own space. "So, you and Ashton," Louis says wiggling his eyebrows. "Why does everyone keep asking me that?" I ask. "Because you obviously like him and you spend hours talking to him," he says. My phone dings alerting me I got a text.

Ash: Did you take off yet?

Me: Just did

Ash: Okay. Let me know when you land.

Me: Will do

"Was that Ashton?" Louis asks. "Yea. He wanted to know if we took off yet," I say. "You see what I mean? You're always talking to him," he says. "We're just friends," I say. "Mhm. Suuurre," Louis says. I throw the bag of pretzels I just opened at him. "Oh I know you didn't just throw pretzels at me," he says sassily. "Oh yes I did," I say giving him equal sassy back. "Oh, you're gonna get it," Louis says. "Gotta catch me first!" I say getting up and running away. Louis ends up chasing me around the airplane. I run into a room and see Harry and Alyssa there watching a movie. "Sshh. I'm not here," I say going over to the closet and hide there. I crawl to the corner behind all of the pillows and blankets in there and hide there. "Have you guys seen Sarah," I hear Louis ask. "Nope. Not since we took off," Alyssa says not convincing at all. "Sorry, mate," Harry says trying to cover her lie up. "Well, let me know if you see her," Louis says acting like he believes it. I can obviously tell just by the tone in his voice that he doesn't believe them. I hear footsteps indicating he left. I start to crawl to the door when I hear footsteps coming from the other side. I completely forgot that it opens up on both sides. The door opens on the other side and I can see Louis, but barely since I have a blanket over my face. "Sarah, I know your in here," Louis says taunting me. I can feel his eyes on me but stay perfectly still. "Aha!" Louis says ripping the blanket off of me. "How did you know I was there?!" I say getting out. "You always hid in the closet when we were younger," he says. "Oh yea," I say dragging out the "a". "I have a great idea for when we get to the hotel," I say when we get back to our seats. "What is it?" Louis asks. "We should start a prank war. Band vs Band," I say. "That's the best idea I've ever heard from you," he says. "I'm going to go round up the lads. Get some ideas," Louis continues. We split up and go find our bands. I get the band in one of the rooms. "What did you need us for?" Jake asks. "Louis and I were talking and we thought that we should do a prank war. Band vs band," I say. "But they have more people then us," Alyssa says. "One, Niall isn't the best at pranks. And two, you guys have me and they have Louis. So it's fair," I say. We spend the rest of the flight planning what we're going to do. We're going to start tonight and prank the boys while they're sleeping.
