Chapter 11:

Rumours, they spread like termites,crawl into door to door,to cause nothing but chaos for the victim.Like that one grey cloud in the clear sky on a sunny day, that captures attention to many suddenly forms into a sky full of sadness with the greys.Where there's smoke, there's fire anticipating to exacerbate.

I kept reminiscing all the thoughts from yesterday,forcing myself to fall asleep to somehow get away from the misery.I always overthink things that are lead up to me making myself unhappy.

Thoughts and predictions that would never dress into reality but that doesn't stop my klutzy brain to stop worrying.

He's right no one would believe the rumours, I have a sense of comfort from his words yet I don't believe the others.Would people make remarks on my character yet knowing it's nothing but rumours.

Natasha:I think I like Josiah.

The notification grabbed my attention.That's it Natasha?No 'I'm sorry' , no 'I can explain.'But then it was Natasha, what else can you possibly expect.

It was coming all along, I knew she was finally going to admit it.The girl made so obvious, who was she kidding all this time.

She always outbursts about all the signs and messages she sensed that show Josiah could be interested in her, it doesn't take an exceptional mind to realise her involvement in fancying him.

Once she encounters my lack of interest in this situation, she decides to type another message.

Natasha:And I think it's time I tell him that.

My first instinct was the fact that she would probably do as she says and end up getting no as an answer or better, not even tell him at all.

However my forced involvement was not expected from her intentions.She told me to look out for the times Josiah stares at her in class and tell her.If instead of Natasha, there was Sana,Carlos,Hania or Sania in her position, I could've attempted my hard core shipping but it wasn't any of them.And I didn't know how I was going to handle this situation.

It would come out as a surprise if Josiah's feeling were mutual as they are from her but what if he does like her.No.If he did, he wouldn't try making me feel better about the rumours she was spreading the other day at school.

Maybe he just fell sorry for me.He wanted to be the nice guy in this situation and seeing me sad, he came over and said all that about Natasha.

What if all of this was Natasha's plan?

What if she wanted Josiah to talk to me to see whether I would open up about my feelings towards her?

What if she thought I was hiding something because I barely share anything with her?
