Miss Lewinsky's class was giving me a headache not that I already didn't have one but her talking made me feel like I was going to get a migraine.

Having the lovely Natasha to my right was another reason why I wanted to get out of here.Few minutes ago, she announced that she was going to ask Josiah out today and Laura has assumed how Josiah would say yes.

Which I doubt; after hours of countless overthinking last night about how rumours were going to spread; the ones told by Natasha and Josiah fancying her back, I came to the conclusion to just wait and see how all of this goes.

One thing I've convinced myself is that Josiah is a nice guy and has been there for me the past few days and he deserves to know what kind of hurricane is coming his way.So to commence our friendship, I need to tell him about Natasha's dying love for him before she does.

I know how it's not right and all but he deserves an overview of what's in his way.I made up my mind that today at lunch, when I'm hanging out with his group of friends, I'm going to inform him that.Privately.

Miss Hope, our headteacher, rushes into our science lab.Interrupted my wonderfully made plan as she announces that today our year group will be heading to the church near by and will be spending our day there.

A mix of 'Yess' and 'naww that's boring' spreads the room, making me be the only one saying 'ironic how her name is hope and she just took away any I had for today' in my head, not out loud as that would grab unwanted attention.

I headed to my tutor room and placed my bumcheeks on the seat beside Josiah's.

He wasn't here yet which gave me a little time to think about what I was going to say.

Should I just say it bluntly....

I think you need to know that Natasha, that bitch I hate, yeah her, she's in love with you.

Maybe that too Sania like.It needs to be more suttle.

Should I say it really fast and just get it over and done with...

Natashalikesyou.

Maybe not...

He sits beside me before I could think of another way to say it."So I heard we're going to the church."

"Yeah, it's going to boring.Like we could be learning more stuff for our GCSE's instead, that would actually be more useful."

"Hmm...true.Have you given in your Belgium trip consent slip?"

"Not yet.Have you?"I haven't given it in because I don't know if I'm going or not.Asian parents need convincing when it comes to letting their children go to some other country with a bunch of 'ghorray'.
My mum's words not mine.

"Yeah.I'm always a sucker for traveling, I have a thing.Haven't been anywhere for a three years so I took this opportunity."

"Really.How come?"

"Family stuff."He added with a sad smile surfing through his face.

He didn't say much after that so instead I asked, "Uhh...so where in the world have you traveled so far?"

He counted on his finger as he answered."Italy, Jerusalem, Turkey, New Delhi, Netherlands, Spain-"He closed his eyes for a moment trying to remember the others before opening them back again and counting."-went California last time and Australia."

"Wow that's a lot.Well, now you've got Belgium added to the list.Which one was your favourite?"Considering the last time I went Pakistan and the time I've spent in Saudi Arabia, my list was definitely shorter than his.

He paused for a moment."Probably Jerusalem because of the Dead Sea.There's road that goes through it and it was amazing. Also the water is so salty that you can practically float which is cool."

"Wow that's amazing."I replied.

"What about you?"Ha, I've visited my soul...yeah it was a very dark place. But obviously I wasn't going to say that.

(A/N-Dark souls reference 😏.Naw I failed,continue reading.)

"Well, my family are originated from Pakistan and that was where I was born.We lived there for a little while until I was around 2.Then we went to Saudi Arabia and than we came here.I started my schooling and everything here.So 3 including England."

"That's sick.If you ever visit Pakistan again, can I join you?"He joked with curiosity within his tone.

"You are technically involving yourself into something that doesn't have a guaranty to happen anytime soon. But yeah join me Kiernan."

"Okay Safee as you say."His lips twitched upward pressuring a smile to appear.

He observed the empty, silent reaction on my face as the nickname awoke certain memories that were better kept considered a nightmare then reality.

"I never lied to you Safee.Never.I love you Areeba more than anything or anyone out there."He whispered, hands intertwined with mine.

"I may have been an asshole but I never lied to you.Trust me Safee."

Trust, it faded within moments because people like me couldn't handle the weight of being exploit by someone so malicious like him and it was better that way.

"Hey.Areeba."A voice recalled my attention.

"Areeba."It came again only louder this time.

I faced towards the person, that voice was addressing from.Hand gestures vividly expressed to gain my attention."Yeah just don't use that nickname again."

"Why, I find it cute."Josiah quipped.

"No.Jokes aside just don't call me that again, okay?"I pleaded. Why couldn't he just let it go.

He stared at my face for a few minutes, observing any emotions drifting off."Okay."

"Okay class, after I fill in the register, we'll be heading to the church now."Miss Hope dragged out the syllable 'church' while reading it off the register."Oh here it is, okay let's start..."She looked up searching for faces as she called out the names. You know how it goes...
