Unforgivable

Chapter 10

"What in the world were you trying to do back there?" I said turning to him when i heard his foot steps approaching me from behind.

"What? Now you going to pretend like you didn't like that? Because i know you did,my fingers are living proof." He said while opening the car for me i got in and buckled my seat belt and crossed my hands on my chest. He chuckled then closed the door. Opening his and entering he turned to me
"So you won't talk to me?"

Silence.

"Take me home." I said without turning to face him.

"Not even a 'please'?"

Silence.

"Fine then,if that's what you want."

"Indeed that's what i want."

"Fine,home it is."
I placed my head on the car window and before i know it i slept.

"Hailey,we are here."

"Thank you."

Turning to head out i found the door locked. Turning to face him to tell him to unlock the door i met by his lips,due to surprise i gasped making his tongue travel in my mouth. His lips moved so rhythmic i almost though he was casting a spell on me. I kissed him back. This made his mouth move with more hunger and dominance leaving my mind in utter and complete blankness and bliss. Snapping at the moment i placed my hands on him chest and pushed him away.

"No."

"No what?"

"Unlock the door please, i have to go." I said putting my hand on the knob.

"No what Hailey? i want to know what you are trying to escape from by saying no"

"I said open the door goddamn it!"
With pure shock written all over his face he reached over the lock and unlocked the door. Getting out with a rush i stumbled but managed to walk again. I ran to the elevators thank God that that moment it decided to open. Rushed inside and pressed on my floor. When it closed i let out a breathe that i didn't know i was holding all that time.

Did i overreact?

He hasn't called me for a week now,is he still mad for what i did during dinner?
Why am i even thinking about him and i vowed never to trust or forgive the male species?
I thought coming out of my car looking at my phone for any missed calls or messages before i turned it off as i entered the gym.
Stop worrying he will call soon.

I hope so.

Starting the treadmill i put my earphones in my phone and started listening to music as i ran. I didn't notice the person next to me until i slowed down after my thirty minutes run.
Looking i was met with those hypnotic eyes of Zeus. Remembering what he tried to do the last time i was with him i frowned and took my face flannel and dubbed it on my face and neck and started to walk away.

"Wait, Hailey, how are you?"

"That is what you had to say after a week of not calling me?"

"So now you are concerned about my well being?"

"Pfft....get your head out of your ass Zeus not everyone licks every footprint you make."

"Wow,and here i thought i was going to get an apology."

"Apology for what? I didn't do anything wrong,am not the one keeping fingers inside someone infront of their siblings." I said clenching my teeth together.

"You almost ate my head after that so atleast we are even. But you still owe me an apology."

"Apology for what Zeus, please enlighten me." I said raising my hands.

"Because you didn't give me this before you left."
Before i could say anything his hands were around my waist and his lips were on mine his kiss was filled with determination to the point i lost my self in it. I snapped out of his alluring trance and pushed him with force i didn't know i had and slapped him.

"Don't you dare do that again."

He gripped my shirt and pulled me towards me and whispered to my ears.
"If you ever slap me again i will whip that pretty tight ass of yours till its bit red,and after that i will fuck you till you can't walk."
He pushed a little till i could meet his eyes and saw he wasn't lying he wink at me and turned.

"You sadist."

"I heard that babe."

Leaving the gym i was feeled with so much rage determined to payback.

He won't see this coming.

I thought giving an evil smirk.

As i entered the Stanford offices i felt like a lion ready to charge to its prey.
Zeus is totally gonna pay,he thinks he owns me.

I stood at the lobby waiting to be called in when i saw the elevator doors open.
Zeus came out of it looking stunning as ever.

Why does he have this effect on me?

Taking a deep breathe i watched him approach me. He stood in front of me and smiled.

"I see that you can't get enough of me Hailey."

"Please,not every girl falls for your charms."

He stepped closer to me and touched my waist and started drawing circles on my hips.

"Are you sure about that?"

"Excuse me Miss. Everton Mr. Stanford is ready to see you." The secretary said.

Saved by the bell.

"You see not every girl falls for you,bye Zeus." I said taking a step back and heading to Don's office.

"How are you Don?" I said entering his office.

"Am good,so what brings you here?"

"Is it weird to say that i came here to ask  you out on a date?"

"Yes it is weird,and what is Zeus going to say about this date?"

"What? What about him?"

"You thought i didn't know about you two on that date?"

"It wasn't a date and it was a thank you dinner because he helped me during that charity gala, i got shitfaced drunk and passed out and he helped me."

"Is that it?"

"Yes that's it?"

"Fine but am the one choosing where we are going."he said standing up and sitting in front of me on his desk.

"Its a date then." I smiled standing up.

I heard the door open and seeing from my peripheral view i noticed it was Zeus. I leaned forward and kissed Don on his lips. He was surprised but recovered quickly amd kissed me back placing his hands around my waist pulling me closer.

"Mmhmm,Don we have a meeting in five minutes."

Pulling back i winked at Don and turned to leave.

"Zeus i didn't see you there,have a nice day gentlemen, pick me up at 8?"

"Yes,8,bye Hailey."

"Bye Don,Zeus."

I closed the door not missing the surprised and angry face made by Zeus.

This is going to be fun.
