When We

By the rain when we sit,

And see the flies flutter,

A smile on your face

Is what seems to occur.

And while sipping the coffee, when we talk,

And share our similar thoughts

You make me forget 

All my 'responsibility knots'

Which bind me to memories

I want to regret,

But these knots-

Make it hard to forget

But you give me everything

I think I deserve

And much more than that

Is mine that you preserve...

Please don't say it sucks, b'cause I'm aware of it. This is one of the many meaningless poems I wrote as a younger version of myself, drowned in self-pity and sadness. As you would know by now, poems are my way of expression.
