(Rebecca's/Elizabeth's POV)
I really miss talking to Noah. I've been so lonely without him to talk to. Should I apologize? Yeah. I think that would be best right now.
I walk over to Noah's cot and sit down beside him. He's drawing what looks like a person. I don't know who it is yet, though.
"It's pretty. Who is it supposed to be?" I ask.
"Oh, hey. I didn't see you there. Thanks. And I don't think it's anyone. I'm just drawing what comes into my mind," Noah replied.
"Well, I like it."
Noah chuckles. "Yeah."
"Hey, I'm sorry about what I said. It was completely rude and I shouldn't have said it."
"I get it. I accept your apology. I get that you were a little uncomfortable. I was being harsh towards you, too, and putting a lot of pressure on you. I should be the one who's apologizing."
"We both should be sorry," I say and chuckle.
"True that. How about we just be friends?"
"I thought we already were?" I ask and hug Noah. He instantly hugs me back. I like his hugs. They're nice and cozy. We let go too soon, though.
"You want to help me? I could use some of your creative mind," Noah says.
"I'm not good at art but I could try," I reply.
"Do you know how to draw people? Preferably anime people. I want it to look anime-ish."
"Stick people," I say and laugh.
"Come here. I'll teach you."
I move so I'm sitting in front of him. Noah stays sitting behind me, putting his head somewhat on my shoulder when telling me what to do.
"Okay, so what I want you to do is take the pencil and make an eye. Shade it with green. Can you do that?" Noah asks.
"I'll try. Where did you get art supplies, anyway?"
"When I first got here Sir let me get some things. I chose art supplies. I really love drawing and stuff like that."
"Oh."
"You're doing perfect," Noah says after thirty minutes of explaining to me what to do.
"Thanks," I say and giggle. I look over to Noah and he's looking at me, too.
We're just staring into each other's eyes. Not in the creepy way, but in the nice and comfortable kind of way. We stay in this position for a couple minutes. Noah starts to lean in. Is he going to kiss me? Do I even want that?
"Umm," I say before his lips touched mine. "I'm thinking that her hair should be blue. Like a dark blue. What do you think?"
"Yeah, totally. And her makeup should be dark colors," Noah said. If I'm seeing correctly, I think I saw a little disappointment in his eyes.
We keep drawing the girl for about an hour. I think she turned out great. She's pale like a vampire, has midnight blue hair, black eyeshadow, black eyeliner and mascara, and dark red lipstick. I think she's pretty.
"She looks amazing," Noah said, marveling the girl.
"I know right. She really does. Now we need a name for her," I say.
"How about Kira?" Noah suggested.
"Love it."
"I'm tired. Want to take a nap until everyone else wakes up?"
"Sure."
Noah and I lie down on his cot and take a nap together. Not in that way. Just in a friend's type of way. We also cuddle with each other. If this is how cuddling feels then I could do this all day.
