Today was Chesser's funeral, as well as many others. I wore a white T-shirt and a black jacket over it along with some black pants and black shoes. My Mom wore a white dress, a black cardigan and black flats. She took an umbrella since it was a bit sunny and we went to the funeral together.

When we arrived we met Chesser and Ben's family there, along with a few friends. Everyone sat down for the funeral to begin, I already heard a few weeping. I sat quietly until it was time to bury the casket and say our final good-byes to Chesser. Ben was standing next to me, holding in tears. "Remember when he told us, "And if we die, we can become ghosts or something."?" I looked down guiltily and nodded. "Yeah..." I wouldn't think Ben would remember something like that. He made a small smile. Chesser's parents were crying uncontrollably, It was hard to ignore. I looked away as tears started to form in my eyes, I didn't want anyone to see me cry. The casket was lowered into the ground, later to be covered up. Soon after, everyone left and went home to mourn.

After the funeral was a normal day, and every other day was also normal, occasionally missing something very important.
