You have the perfect story idea: a bad boy falls for the shy, nerdy girl who always gets bullied by some blonde cheerleader with some extremely high pitched voice and her entourage.
BUT! You have over 100 books about bad boys and good girls in your library, and you slightly alter the book to make it your own? If I didn't know better, I'd say you were copying their stories.

Every story's plot: 1) Bad boy and blond cheerleader squad bullies nerdy girl because he likes her and blond cheerleader is jealous. 2) Nerdy girl begins to return the feelings. 3) Bad boy tells nerdy girl he likes her. 4) Nerdy girl admits she likes him as well. 5) They do illegal stuff in nerdy girl's house while mother is on a business trip and dad is dead (roles are sometimes switched). 6) The end. 7) Unnecessary sequel.
