Happiness starts with 'H'

You laughed so hard that popcorn flew out of your nose.

"DID YOU SEE YOUR FACE? IT WAS HILARIOUS!"
You said as you wiped your tears from your eyes while watching some of you and Jacob's old memories filmed.
Some were cute and the others.. not so much.

"Yeah yeah,nwhatever."
Jacob mumbled.

The next clip came on and it was you jumping into mud puddles.
As you attempted to jump into the next one, it was way deeper and you fell right into the hole.

Jacob started laughing so hard that he was wheezing.
You started to laugh too, only because his laugh was contagious.

When the whole thing ended, both of you were covered in popcorn and wiping tears.

As you got up from the couch, he followed you as both of you stood outside the door.
You hugged and talked again when you pull away.

"Thanks again for inviting me, next time again?"

"Yeah.."
He awkwardly rubbed the back of his neck.

"What's wrong Jacob?"

"Nothing.. just that, I thought happiness started with 'H' but mine starts with 'U'."

"Aww..Jacob.."

He starts leaning in and so do you.
Your lips barely brushed against eachother when you both hear his mom's car,mhonking at the driveway.

You immediately sprang back a meter and stared at the ground, your cheeks heating up quick.

"Ok..well um, bye Jacob."
You said as you waved at him before going back into your house.
