9. CoNtRoL

A creepy tune played through the church and you looked around for any one around, yet you found nobody. Then the words of the song started to play, and your blood started to freeze.

Control- Halsey
They send me away to find them a fortune,
A chest filled with diamonds and gold.
​​​​​The house was awake, the shadows and monsters.
The hallways, they echoed and groaned.

I sat alone, in bed till the morning.
I'm crying, "They're coming for me."
And I tried to hold these secrets inside me,
My mind's like a deadly disease.

​​​​  The words chilled you to the bone and they were sang with a venom from whoever was signing them, and their voice was soothing yet creepy.

I'm bigger than my body.
I'm colder than this home....
I'm meaner than my demons.
I'm bigger than these bones....

And all the kids cried out:
"Please stop, you're scaring me!"
I can't help this awful energy.
God damn right, you should be scared of me.
Who is in control....?

**Pause the song**

Someone then spoke as the song stopped as a giggle filled the air. The person dropped down and revealed the pink haired devil that everyone hated. She laughed as everyone stared at her with hatred. "Oh, isn't this just delicious? All of you fools thought this would be a perfect day, but Aww, you poor things! Ivy just has to come and ruin everything, huh?" She said with a demonic smile as her laughter filled the air.

Zane growled as he stepped down from the stage. "What do you want, Ivy?" He demanded. Ivy pursed her lips as she looked him up and down. "That's none of your business, Zane. As I should say, you don't have the relic we're looking for anymore, remember?" She gIve him a smile and drew her sword. Before she could say anything or slash Zane with her sword, a flash of blinding golden light came from somewhere on the stage. The light was so bright everyone closed their eyes, and when it was gone you looked at Ivy and Zane, to see Raven standing in between them, white wings sprouted from her back, her hair down, and a golden sword in her hand, blocking Ivy's.

​​​​​​ Ivy was incredibly surprised but went back to her angry look and tried catching Raven off guard by pushing her sword forward. Raven didn't budge. "H-how... What relic do you have?!" Ivy shouted. "I don't have a relic, you idiot! You of all people should know this. Oh wait.... Never mind! You have people research that for you. Otherwise you would've known that one of the Divine Warriors had children." Raven growled, taking her sword away and slashing as Ivy. Ivy staggered backwards with a hand on her stomach, which was bleeding out. Raven turned back to normal and walked out the church door.

Zane rushed out afterwards. You could hear Ivy softly singing out the rest of the words to the song.

**Unpause the song**

I paced around for hours on empty.
I jumped at the slightest of sounds.
I couldn't stand the person inside me,
I turned all the mirrors around.

I'm bigger than my body.
I'm colder than this home....
