How he holds you when someone else makes you cry.

Jace: He wipes away your tears and says he'll be right back, then he runs out of the house and doesn't return till much later, and when he does return, its always with bloody knuckles.

Alec: He kisses you lightly and asks if you want to talk about it, and when you say no, he asks if he could have your permission to go and kill the mental person whom hurt your feelings, and you just giggle lightly while he leads you to bed.

Simon: He just hugs you lightly and ensures you that the person is a butt face.

Magnus: He hugs you and then picks you up into his arms, which always makes you laugh, and then throws you down on the bed and blows a shower of sparkles over you with his magic and says that the person was just jealous of your own good looks.

Raphael: First he hugs you, then puts both hands on your cheeks and squats down to look at you evenly and says that what ever the person had to say was wrong, and that your perfect in his own eyes.
