I flung my arms around my friend whom I'd missed so much.

"Simon," I sighed in relief. "I'm so sorry."

He patted me back and kissed my head. "It's alright. Now, do you want to tell me what's wrong?"

I nodded, releasing his from my arms. "I guess I should start from the beginning then."

I told him everything, ever since the first moment at the club until now, sitting here in my dorm room.

"Can I see the letter?" Simon asked. I nodded and retrieved the letter Ben had wrote and gave to me to give to Harry. His eyes traveled the page and he looked up. "So Harry almost killed this guy?" Simon's skin was ghostly pale.

"Yeah, almost." I nodded. "He's been out of it lately."

"Shocker." Simon said sarcastically and read the last but of the letter. "And he's been cheating on you with a girl named Georgia Rose?"

"Technically He's been cheating on Georgia Rose with me." I whispered. It was hard to think of Harry cheating on me.

"I new he would do something like this." Simon said angrily. I looked at him and he calmed. "I'm sorry, I just hate to see all of this happening to you."

I smiled and looked down. Simon's hand was placed on mine and he was giving me a reassuring tight squeeze.

"Simon..." I trailed. I brought my lips to his, but they never touched. I pulled away quickly, straightening up. "So... I don't know what to do, this whole situation I'm in has me so scared and angry, just confused."

Simon looked puzzled. "Do you know what I miss? When you were that girl who didn't care I liked Jedi's or Legos, who I met using a terrible pick-up line and tried to ask you out at the beginning of class. That girl is still in there."

"What are you trying to say?"

"What I'm trying to say is that we're going to forget all of the things going on right now and just have fun. Let's be ourselves." He smiled, jumping up and running to the kitchen. "I'm going to eat like a pig, for starters!"

"What is this going to do for us?" I asked my crazy friend who wasn't making any sense.

"Come on, Katherine!" He ripped open a bag of Walkers Chips. "When was the last time you actually had fun?"

" A while...." I admitted.

"Then come on!" Simon stuffed a handful of candy in his mouth.

I laughed and grabbed a pillow and threw it at him.

After plenty of parting and talking Simon and I relaxed on the couch and sighed.

"Thank you," I whispered.

"For what?"

I turned to look at him. "For being there for me when I needed you. For always making me smile."

He smiled slightly and nodded. "Your welcome.'

I glanced to his lips, and without warning myself I pressed my lips to his. He didn't kiss back at first, but soon his lips collided against mine. The warmth of his mouth sent shivers down my spine. this was so wrong. I told myself. I licked his bottom lip and he opened his mouth. I moaned, his tongue exploring my mouth.

My fingers twisted in his curls, tugging on them every so often. His hands caressed my cheeks.

I moaned again, his hand being placed on my waist and his other on my hip. I wrapped my legs around his waist, his savoring mouth still latched to mine.

You're cheating on Harry. I told myself.

And Harry's cheating on you.

I closed my eyes, reminiscing the feeling of Simn's lips on mine. I pulled away for breath, staring back at him. His eyes found mine and stared.

"What was that?" He asked. "What about Harry-"

I shook my head. "I don't know..."

"Katherine, I love you. You know I do. But you need to figure out what's going on with Harry first."

I nodded, leaning into him. "Why can't things go back to the way they were?"

"I don't know..." Simon wrapped his arms around me. "I don't know..."
