'Here.' Jess handed Cas a daisy chain.
'What am I supposed to do with this?' He laughed, pulling grass from the ground as he spoke.
'Wear it obviously.' Charlie chimed in, placing the daisy chain onto Cas' head.
'Thanks.' Cas mocked poking Charlie in the arm.
Cas sort of zoned out after that, picking up a few phrases the girls said. He was too busy watching the others on the field. Dean, Sam, Bobby, Gabriel and Kevin all ran around looking particularly childish as they attempted to play football. Dean waved Cas over, both hands on the air but Cas shook his head laughing. He was terrible at sports.
Dean ran over, pushing past Benny and rolling onto the grass beside Cas.
'Hey guys.' He laughed, kissing Cas on the forehead.
Cas ran his fingers through Deans hair, removing the grass that hadn't come loose.
Dean looked at the Daisies in Cas' hair and laughed causing Cas to shake them loose.
After a few minutes the other boys had also sat beside them on the grass. Sam wrapped his arms around Jess as he spoke.
'So who's going to the party tonight?'
'Me.' Charlie raised her hand
'Same.' Jess smiled
'Should be cool.' Kevin brushed the grass from his jeans.
Seemed like everyone was going. They all looked at Cas curiously.
'Cas?' Dean nudged him causing him to shake free of his day dream.
'Uhh... Yeah I guess.'
'We don't have to if you don't want to.' Dean stroked his finger across Cas' knuckles.
'No no it's fine.' Cas laughed
'Great.' Sam continued, 'I'll pick you up at 8:00?' He looked at Jess.
Gabriel stood up stumbling over a heap of grass, 'Who's up for another game?' He threw the football across the field and chased after it.
Sam kissed Jess on the cheek before jumping up followed by Kevin, Benny and Balthazar.
'Wanna come?' Dean asked Cas
Cas shrugged.
'Oh come on Cas. We can all play.' Charlie stood up.
'I guess it could be fun.' Jess followed Charlie hesitantly.
'Fine.' Cas laughed, leaning forwards to allow Dean to stand before pulling himself up.
Everyone ran around excitedly, the boys chanting silly rhymes. Charlie seemed to be especially good at football, scoring more goals than the others.
'Cas!' Kevin yelled across the field as he kicked the ball in his direction.
Cas stopped the ball before running towards Charlie. He was getting the hang of it.
Everyone laughed as Charlie scores yet again, causing Gabriel to fall onto his knees in frustration.
'She must be cheating!' He joked.
'Don't be a baby Gabe.' Sam yelled, his hands cupping his mouth.
The ball was kicked again in Cas' direction. Out of what seemed nowhere Benny ran at Cas, knocking him onto the floor as he stole the ball.
'Benny!' Charlie gasped, 'Not cool dude!'
'Sorry Cas.' He turned around. Cas was sat on the floor, his jeans now green with grass stains.
'It's fine!' Cas lied.
Dean ran over as the others continued.
'You okay?'
'Totally fine.' Cas stood up, wincing in pain, 'okay maybe not.' He laughed
'Here.' Dean put his arm around Cas' shoulder helping him across the field.
'Its not that bad seriously.' He joked.
'Let me look.' He pulled the left leg of Cas' trousers up revealing the large bruise around his ankle.
'Not that bad, eh?'
Cas tilted his head, 'You're so adorable when you worry.'
'Why Thankyou.' Dean raised his eyebrows smiling, 'You sure you're okay?' He stood up.
'Yeah go play.' He waved him off.
Dean ran across the field looking back at Cas.
He now sat alone, once again pulling grass from the ground. He preferred it really, he wasn't built for sports and everyone knew it.
Benny ran over, collapsing onto the floor beside Cas.
'I'm really sorry.' He patted Cas on the shoulder as he spoke.
'I told you guys I'm fine.' He laughed, poking his ankle as if to prove it didn't hurt. It did.
'Okay, want me to send Dean over to sit with you? He doesn't seem very into it anyway.' Benny joked.
'Haha okay.'
Benny ran across the field and was quickly replaced with Dean. Cas leaned up against Dean, his head just under Deans neck.
Cas played with the flowers as Dean ran his fingers through his hair.
'What's that?' Dean laughed as Cas handed him a daisy chain.
'A daisy chain obviously.' He placed it on Deans head carefully.
'Very nice.' Cas inspected the flowers on his head.
'Thanks.' Dean laughed, pecking Cas on the lips repeatedly.
'I love you.' Cas whispered.
'I love you too.'
