Jax didn't return until that night, and when he did, he didn't leave his room. Jase still wasn't talking to Bryn, but he's not talking to Jax either. He just needed time to think. He knew he didn't have a choice, but he just wished that his sister of all people wouldn't put him in this situation.

Bryn decided to spend the night at Natalie's house that night to get away from all the negative energy coming from her brothers. James left after the whole family argument and went to visit Lias and give him some football stuff. Bryn thought that of all things to bring him, why football? But she thought it was a sweet gesture that James was even visiting him. He took his laptop and the dvd he recorded of the Michigan versus Michigan State game that was being played the same time Lias went into the hospital.

Natalie was excited to have Bryn over. With all this drama going on, they haven't hung out as much as they used to. She charged her laptop and turned on Netflix, then ran to the store to get a bunch of junk food. When Bryn got there, they went to her room and started to watch Bring it On the first one.

Lias was surprised to see James come into his hospital room alone, and with a bag of stuff. "Hey dude. I brought some stuff. I recorded the State game, so I brought that since we both missed it. I also brought chips and pop. I know the doctors say you shouldn't have that crap, but who cares." Lias laughed at him. James really was a nice guy. He always thought he was stuck up or narcissistic .

While James and Lias were eating their junk food and watching the game, nurses popped in and out a few times, rolling their eyes at them in the process. James didn't leave until eleven that night. "I'll bring Bryn tomorrow or something." Lias said an 'okay' and James waved then left. He let Lias keep the Doritos that they didn't finish, because he figured that the hospital food must be disgusting.

The morning after, Bryn sat in Natalie's room while she was still sleeping and thought about Lias. She knew he was going to have a hard time in school again after he gets out of the hospital. She didn't like the thought of any of his dumb football friends helping him get caught up, and there was no way in hell that she was going to let some girl help him. Every girl that talks about him talks about him in a dirty way.

When Bryn got home, she asked her parents if she could talk to them. "What is it dear?" Her mother asked her sweetly. Bryn took a deep breath to calm her nerves.

"I want to transfer schools." Her parents gave her puzzled looks.

"Why would you want to do that?" Her father asked her as he leaned closer.

"Well Lias is going to have a rough time when he goes back to school, so I figured if I moved to his school, I could help him out." She gave them pleading looks.

"What about his friends? Can't they help him?" He asked her.

"His friends aren't smart and you know that. You've seen them in football. They're worse than that in person." He nodded in understanding.

"Maybe." Bryn's heart raced. "But-" She gave him a scared look. "You have to ask your brothers what they think."

"Are you serious? They're not going to like it! They already don't like Lias!" She pouted.

"Well if they truly want you to be happy, then they will seriously think about what their answers are." She groaned then stood up and made her way to James' room.

"James?" She asked when she saw that he wasn't there.

"What?" He asked from behind her, causing her to jump. When she turned around, she noticed that he was fully clothed, and his hair was wet.

"I have to talk to you about something." He nodded then walked around her and sat on his bed. Bryn closed the door behind her and began. "I want to move schools, but dad said I have to talk to you guys first." He gave her the same confused look that their parents gave her.

"Why would you want to do that?" He sat up straight and tilted his head to the side.

"I want to help Lias when he gets out of the hospital." Realization dawned on his face.

"Well if you're going, then I am too." She was taken back. All she thought was 'what did he say??'

"What?" She asked breathlessly.

"I'm going with you. I am a senior like him, and I will be able to help him during class when you're not there. Plus, I can take his place on the football team while he's out, and I can help him get back on his feet." She smiled. She really did love her brother. She just wished all three of them were this understanding.

"Now I have to talk to Jase and Jax." She groaned and James laughed.

"Good luck with that!" He called after her as she left his room. Next, she went to Jase's room. When she knocked, there was some mumbling on the other side.

"Jase? Can I come in please?" There was some rustling, then his door opened to reveal a half asleep Jase. He nudged his head towards his room then moved out of her way so she could come in.

"What do you need to talk about?" He asked in between yawns.

"I want to move to Lias' school." Jase froze.

"What?" He said coldly.

"Jase, he's going to need my help after what happened with Jax. Please, you're my brother and I need you to support me. I can't have you hating me anymore." He sighed then plopped down on the bean bag chair he had sitting in the corner.

"Are you going by yourself?" He sighed.

"No. James is going with me." He slumped forward and put his forehead in his hands.

"Bryn, I need you to understand that this is hard for me. You're my little sister, and I'm trying to look out for you. I just don't want you to get hurt, but if this is what you want and what will make you happy, then I don't have a choice but to let you go." She smiled.

"Jase I love you so much. You have been my best friend since we both were in diapers. I'm sick of fighting with you over something stupid. I really like Lias, and I think it is stupid to have to choose between you two."  Jase sighed.

"I know Bryn. Just please be careful."  They both stood, and he pulled Bryn into a tight hug. Bryn was glad that she had her brother back.  Now she just needs Jax.
