disintegrate
chapter four
after my stare down with the flawless boy was over, i finally got some shopping done.
and let's say i did some major damage. i got a comforter, a bed spread, blanket, pillows, basically everything you needed for a nicely decorated bed.
i also found a drugstore, and picked up all my bathroom necessities and what not. my travel toothbrush would now be going in the trash, replaced by a shiny new electric one.
and of course, i had to get a couple of clothing items.
well i went a little over board, considering i was now carrying four bags full of anything that could be worn.
and although i definitely spent well over 100 dollars on my moms credit card, im sure she wouldn't care.
she probably wouldn't even notice, too busy with work.
too busy for me.
satisfied with everything that i had purchased, i continued to walk through the mall till i found the food court.
i was starving. i mean i hadn't eaten anything all day.
my stomach was currently making strange noises, as i set my bags down onto a small two seater table.
now all I had to do was decide on what to eat.
my eyes scanned the large room; meeting a different variety of places.
there seemed to be really any type; from fast food to thai; italian to indian.
it was almost overwhelming how many choices i had to choose from.
i spotted a sushi resturaunt to my left, and instantly knew that that was where i would be getting my food from. asian food was my weakness.
but as i continued to gaze over in the direction of the restaraunt, i noticed a group of teenagers sitting at a table directly in front of it.
the same rude group of teenagers I was trying to forgot from early.
i rolled my eyes and took a deep breath.
i would just normally go over, get my sushi, and come back to my table to enjoy my food.
i was still confused as to why they made me so nervous. back in california there were kids like them.
the kids who always got stoned under the bleachers during a football game. the kids who stole things from people for fun.
the reckless.
of course I had never been associated with that type of crowd.
i was the preppy kind of girl. my life consisted of good grades and the occasional hang out with a couple of friends.
but now i was in england.
not america. and things were going to change.
for the better or the worse i don't yet know.
i walked at a fast pace towards a short line where i assumed you waited to order food from.
i reached the line in a matter of seconds, and had yet to glance over to my right where the rude kids were sitting.
all i wanted to do was turn my head in their direction.
it wouldn't hurt to just look for a second, would it?
it didn't matter. i looked.
everyone at the table was talking in whispers, their eyes on eachother; not me.
i breathed out a sigh of relief. atleast they wouldn't be bothering me anymore.
just as i was about to look back in front of me, a pair of eyes met mine.
i felt my heart beat faster, my breathing quicken.
it was no other than the boy who i basically had a stare down with not long ago.
why did he keep on looking at me? i mean i did look at him first, but still. he didn't need to look back.
without warning, i felt something tickle my throat and was forced to let out a loud cough.
i coughed id say for about twenty seconds; feeling as if i couldn't breathe, when i finally composed myself.
i looked back to see if the boy was ready to commence our seemingly normal stare down.
my mouth slightly opened as i was now in shock.
he was no longer there.
none of them were there.
no trace of the teenagers was to be seen.
and after i purchased my california roll and diet coke, i walked back to the table i had saved before.
panic arose in me as my eyes scanned the seating area, not finding what was there just moments ago.
those tatted kids weren't the only thing missing.
so were my bags.
hey everyone! i hope you guys enjoyed chapter four! i know it may seem slow right now but i really wanna take my time writing this and make it the best i can make it. I don't know about you but i absolutely hate fanfictions that get straight to the point, and you can tell that the writer didn't put too much effort in the story.
that's why im going to try my hardest to write this story for you guys.
i know that this is like my third fanfiction. and if some of you were wondering why i had deleted my other ones i'll explain now.
basically all of the stories I had attempted to write were just too common. i just didn't have the fuel to write them anymore.
but with this fanfiction; disintegrate; i really enjoy writing it. i know it may seem like every other "punk" harry fanfiction, but it really isn't. im putting my own twist to it!
all I wanna say is i hope you guys are really enjoying this story!
