Kids VS. Wolves

Secrets and Surprises: Part 2

"Well, duh", said Leo crossing his arms. Spencer looked at him, confused. 

"What do you mean, 'Well, duh'?" His eyes widened. "You knew?" 

Leo just shrugged. "No, I just read a lot of stories. And I'm looking at one now so..."

Mackenzie was now out of shock. "How long have you been like this?", she asked. "Since late July, over the summer." 

Mackenzie answered slowly, "So, you knew what attacked me and Jasper and didn't. Say. ANYTHING!?"

Spencer stepped back, trying to get out off harms way. "I wasn't exactly sure. Until what happened to Antonio...", he trailed off looking away. That set Stephen off. He walked up to Spencer, fists ready and punched him in the face.

"That is when you should have said something", he said, scowling and a menacing look. 

"I had no choice", Spencer said, checking his face for blood with the back of his hand. "They told me if I told anyone, even you, they would hurt someone else. Not unless I give them what they want."

"Give who what they want?", asked Boston. 

Other werewolves", Spencer replied. "They are very dangerous and will do anything to get what they want, even if it meant hurting innocent's." Stephen wasn't satisfied.

"Then why didn't you give them what they wanted?!"

Spencer sighed. "I wish it was that easy. They wanted new beta's, which are new werewolves. However since I didn't know anyone else that fit the description, I couldn't. I knew they were definitely serious when they hurt Antonio."

"So... what does that have to do with right now?", asked Charlie. 

"When Skai attacked Carly, I took her in the hallway to calm her down. But then I looked her in the eyes, and her they were yellow. Like mine. Skai said she wanted to get some air and left out the door. I then called a buddy of mine, another werewolf, to tell him I found one. The other werewolves must have tapped our phones or something and heard our conversation. So they came here to get Skai, to what I figured, an omega werewolf. Which means one without a pack", Spencer said changing back to his old self.

"Does it hurt?", asked Mackenzie. "I mean, changing back and forth like that?" 

Spencer shook his head. "Only if your in the very first stages of becoming one, but then you get used to it and learn to change by yourself."

"So...", said Charlie, finally getting it. "The other werewolves, the bad ones, took Skai since she is a werewolf. But why did they take London and Jasper?" 

Spencer thought about it and shook his head in defeat. "I really don't know. They said they only wanted one-" He stopped.

"What?", asked Boston. Spencer looked at her with worried eyes. "If they only wanted Skai, and Jasper and London were there, then-", Leo cut him off. 

"Now they have two more to deal with", he said with a little bit of expectance.

Mackenzie gasped. "So what do you think they are going to do to them?" 

Spencer's face was full of panic. "They're going to turn them into werewolves, and they will become their beta's."
