Prologue

New day has started as the sun starting to rise. The cool breeze made it perfect for the early morning. Some are still a sleep but this girl, Im Yerin is already finished with her morning routine as she packing her bag and preparing to go to work.

Her family can't afford enough money for her education so she decided go to work, not only for herself but for her father and grandmother as well. Her mother died in a car accident that happened 2 years ago when she droves Yerin back home. But luckily Yerin survived from that terrible accident. And that scene left a scar on her heart until now. She's the only one in this house who have a job because her father suffering from illnesses and her grandma is too old to find a job.

Sometimes, Yerin herself, wishes that she can study like another teenagers too, that don't need to work all day long and bring all the money to pay for school. But this is impossible for her, she thinks.

After she finished fixing her hair in the mirror, she gives a smile to herself and whisper " Fighting for another tiring day, Yerin. "

[ Yerin's POV ]

After checking myself, I get out of the room and walk down stair then greet my grandmother who's preparing breakfast for me at the moment. Actually I'm the one who always prepare the breakfast for my dad and grandmother but I woke up late so yeah.

" Grandma, dad didn't wake up yet? " I said as sit down on the chair.

" Not yet my dear. he's still in a deep sleep, because of the medicine. " Grandma said.

That's right. These days he can't wake up early like before anymore because he had to eat medicine every night and the medication pretty much affects his sleep.

" Alright grandma, please tell him to eat his medicine after breakfast too. I'm worrying that he'll forget like yesterday again. " I said then having a spoonful of rice.

" Um, don't worry Yerin ah. Grandma will remind him about that. And you too, take care of yourself, if it's too tiring, just quit one of your job. I don't think it's good to work too much, you're still young. And you can't get sick my dear. " she said worriedly.

" Yes, I will. Aigoo don't worry about me grandma! Your granddaughter is strong! " I said while showing confidence and smiling brightly for her.

After I'm done with my breakfast, I quickly give grandma a peck on the cheek before get out from home and go to the train station.

Urg. As always, there are soooooo many people in the train at morning like this, I don't usually get a seat too so I just standing there till I arrived at my stop. When I arrived at the clothes shop, my work place, I quickly check my attendance and starting to work as usual.

My life is simple just like this. There's nothing special about it at all. From morning to night, all I do are just working non-stop. Even if school start again, I still have to do my part time job at the evening till night too. Because my family needs me, that's why I choose to give my all on work.

Sometimes I also hope that I could live freely like usual teenagers too. But seems like I could only imagine it. Well, I couldn't do anything about that though, this is what I receive from god.

Fighting Yerin, just fight with it. You'll receive what you deserve later. Just work hard. Don't give it up....
