James looked up at Sirius. "What?"
Sirius looked back at him with a sad look. "Where are you going?"
James sighed and looked back at his reflection in the mirror. "I'm going to meet up with Lily. How many times do I have to tell you?"
Lupin glanced at his sulking friend beside him. "He's sad. He thinks you haven't been spending that much time with us since you've started dating Lily."
Sirius glared at Lupin. "I can speak for myself, thank you very much."
"Well, you weren't gonna do it anytime soon."
James turned around and smiled at his two best friends. "Hey, it's not like that. Now, that I've started seeing Lily, you'll have to admit, I have to give time to her. But cheer up, Sirius. We'll hang out tomorrow at Hogsmeade."
"Yeah, don't be so down and Sirius about it." Lupin chuckled.
Sirius Black turned to his friend with a pitying look in his eyes. "You make a weird, overrated joke and laugh on it by yourself. How lame. I truly feel for you, my friend."
Sirius dramatically puts a hand on Lupin's shoulder and he shrugs it off. "Shut up."
James smiled at his friends once more and shook his head. Their friendship and them were of the few things that would never change, ever.
