'But Professor Snape!' Hermione protested.
'Ten points from Gryffindor, Miss Granger. Now if I hear anymore whining, I will deduct ten more points AND you will get detention.' Professor Snape said with finalty, a cold look on his face.
Annoyed, Hermione hung her head low and grumpily went to sit down beside Draco Malfoy, who was already sulking in his seat. After sitting down, she looked at Harry who was paired up with Pansy Parkinson and at Ron who was paired up with Crabbe.
Ron already looked so scared, glancing at Crabbe now and then. Harry gave Hermione an apologetic smile. Hermione slumped her shoulders and turned to face Draco.
'I can't believe I have to work with you for a week.' Hermione said in a frustrated tone.
'Yeah, well don't you go thinking I'm glad about this too, mudblood.' Draco snapped back.
She wanted to punch Draco so hard in the face right this minute. But she had to stop herself so that she didn't lose any more house points. Hermione slumped slightly in her seat and gave out a sigh.
