"Are you sure?" Tanong ni Angelo.

I smiled sweetly at him. It's been a long time since I smiled at him like this.

"Yeah." Sagot ko.

"Just call me when there's a prob, 'kay?" Aniya.

Tumango ako. Kakatapos niya lang akong ipakilala sa mga tao roon sa pagmi-meeting-an nila. I didn't know what company is this. But the building was huge.

Nagsimula na akong maglibot sa building at agad na nagsisi na killer heels ang isinuot ko.

"Please, feel free to roam around my company, Mrs. Salazar. Just asked any of my employees when you need something." Ayan ang sabi kanina ni Mr... Oh, how rude of me to forgot his name! Ang dami kasing ipinakilala ni Angelo kanina. I don't know kung sino siya don. Haha.

Nilibot ko lang ang workplace ng iba't ibang department dito. Hindi naman ako nagtagal. I just want something to compare to once I saw Angelo's company and the Five Brothers'. And this is big, I must say.

"Miss, sorry for the disturbance. But, do you know where's the company's canteen or cafeteria?" Tanong ko sa isang mukhang receptionist ng floor 13th. Kanina pa kasi ako naglilibot at nagugutom na ako.

"Oh, I bet you're the visitor's wife. Let me guide you, Ma'am." All smiles ang babae. She looks nice and so approacheable.

Agad akong tumanggi."No. No need. Just tell me what floor, please. I really don't want to disturb anyone here. I know you're all busy."I smiled at her.

She smiled back."If that's what you want, Ma'am. There's an exclusive canteen for our heads and visitors just above this floor."aniya.

Umiling ulit ako."Can I took the company's general canteen?"

Mukhang nagulat yung babae."Oh. The employee's canteen is at the reception area, Ma'am. Ground floor."tumango ako.

"Thank you." I smiled at her once again at naglakad na papuntang elevator. I tap the 'G' button.

Medyo natagalan pa ako sa loob ng elevator dahil mukhang break na ng mga empleyado. Marami akong nakakasabay at ilang hinto din ang elevator sa halos kada floor. I patiently tap my left foot while waiting for the lift to stop at my floor. Then, finally!

Agad akong bumaba ng elevator kasama ng ilang mga empleyado na nagtatawanan. I think papunta rin sila ng canteen kaya naman napagpasyahan kong sundan na lang sila. At tama nga ako. Nakarating ako ng canteen nila.

Nakipila ako at pinagtitinginan ng halos lahat ng nandoon. I felt uncomfotable all of a sudden. Dapat pala doon na lang ako sa exclusive resto. Guest naman ako, e.

Malapit na akong maka-order ng tumunog ang cellphone ko sa isang tawag. Si Angelo. Hindi ako umalis sa pila at doon na sinagot ang tawag.

"Baby, where are you?" Bungad niya sa akin. At hindi na ako nakaramdam ng gulat sa tawag niya sa akin. I'm kinda getting used to it.

"Canteen." Tipid na sagot ko.

"What? You ordered food? You should've call me if you're starving." Aniya.

"No need." Sabi ko."Do you want me to order you food, too?"tanong ko. Take out na lang ang gagawin ko at aayain ko siyang kumain doon sa nadaanan ko kaninang mukhang open balcony na may garden sa 27th floor. At talagang tinandaan ko kung anong floor iyon.

"Oh, no, baby. Will you please tell me where you are so I'll fetch you? The company's owner will introduce us his heiress and he needs us for the lunch."

"Oh. No need to fetch me. I'll come back there." Kahit na labag sa loob ko dahil may plano na ako para sa lunch ay kailangan naming sumabay sa kanila. That would be rude if we wouldn't just bacause gusto kong masolo si Angelo. Yeah, whatever!
