I Parked Zero's Car In His Garage Where He Was Waiting For Me With A Wine Bottle. I Got Out, And Approached Him With A Smile.
"Let Me Take That." Zero Said As He Took My Book Bag Off Of My Back And Onto His.
He Led Me Inside, And We Both Plopped On The Couch. Zero Popped Open The Wine Bottle, And Turned On The TV To A Movie. He Also Landed My Bag Next To The Couch.
"This Is The Second Most Expensive Wine To Be Ever Made. I Brought This Out For This Special Occasion." Zero Explained As He Poured The Liquor Into The Glasses.
"You Didn't Have To Do All This For Me." I Said With A Smile.
He Handed Me The Glass.
"But I Did. So, Since We Are Closer Together. Can You Fill Me In On The Details About Your Situation?" He Asked.
That Drink Ain't No Joke. It Strong As Hell, I Already Feel Tipsy.
"My Dad Expects Me To Be This Perfect Christian Daughter, That Never Fails. I Mess Up All The Time And He's Always There To Chastise Me About It Instead Of Helping Me Get Back On My Feet. He Just Doesn't Want Me To Be Like Lauren." I Explained.
Zero Took A Sip Of His Drink, And Got Closer To Me On The Couch.
"Who's Lauren?"
"My Older Sister. She Got Into Prostitution, Got Caught With The Police, And My Dad Had To Bail Her Out Of Jail. But, Once She Got Back She Slipped Through The Cracks Again. She Tells Me That She Finally Got Out Of The Game And She's Fine But It's Something There That She Isn't Telling Me, Like My Brother Lucas."
Zero Scrunched Up His Face.
"How Many Siblings Do You Have?" He Asked.
"Only Those Two. It Seems Like The King Family Is Full Of Problems Yet To Be Solved." I Admitted As I Sipped My Drink. "God, Why Am I Telling You This?"
He Placed His Cup Down On The Coffee Table.
"It Feels Good Doesn't It?" He Asked.
"What Does?"
"Getting All Of That Baggage Off Of Your Chest, So You Have Room To Fully Breathe."
I Shrugged My Shoulders.
"What About You Mr. Confidential? Why Did You Choose The Name Zero For Your Stage Name?" I Questioned.
"That Was My Nickname From Where I Came From. They Called Me That Because I Didn't Give Zero..." He Smiled. "I Didn't Care About Anything. I Could Rob Someone And Didn't Have Any Feelings."
"What About That Little Person Dominick In There?" I Asked As I Poked Him In His Chest.
"Oh, He's A Sensitive Guy. I Would Let Him Out But, He Would Bubblewrap My Body And Keep Me In The Basement. Nah, I'm Joking. That Other Side Of Me Is Just Me. All This Zero Mess Is Just Fame Getting To My Head, Or Pride From My Childhood." He Explained.
I Placed My Hand On Top Of His.
"I Would Love To Meet Dominick Some Day." I Said.
Zero Kissed Me, And This Time Hungrily. He Laid Me Down On The Couch, And His Kisses Lingered On My Chest. I Placed My Hands On Top Of His Head, Curling His Hair.
