Luke's P.O.V.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I woke up to "The Vengeful One" by Disturbed playing. I realize I fell asleep with my headphones still on. I shook my head and tapped my foot to the beat. My stomach growled loudly, deciding it needed to be fed. I sighed and got off of the couch and walked into the kitchen. The clock on the stove said 2:57, so I'd assume it was pm, especially since the sun was out. I made myself a bowl of fruity pebbles and sat on the counter while I ate. I heard footsteps coming upstairs. I took one half of the headphones off of my head so I could hear, "morning Akame".
She came upstairs and yawned, "morning Luke". My eyes widened when I saw her pajamas. She was wearing an AC/DC Back in Black shirt, cat ears, and a black shorts that had a black cat tail. Looks like Haru bagged a kinky one.
"You like cosplay?" I asked.
"Why?" She asked.
"Well I'm just asking since you're wearing those cat ears and tail" I said.
She laughed, "oh yeah, these are just my pajamas".
I pointed to the box of Fruity Pebbles, "want some?".
She shrugged and stretched, "sure, I'm gonna go change out of my pajamas".
"Okay" I said as I hopped off the counter and made her a bowl. I was trying my best not to get attracted to her because Haru is my friend, and I can't go for his girl. That's breaking the sacred bro code.
She came back upstairs a bit later in new clothes that were slightly less revealing and less cosplay-ish, "thanks".
I handed her the bowl of cereal, "no problem".
"Whatcha listening to?" She asked.
"Disturbed, The Vengeful One" I answered.
"Cool, you listen to Avenged Sevenfold?" She asked.
"Save Me has gotta be my favorite song by them" I said.
"Finally someone who agrees! Everyone says it's too long!" She said with a hint of anger.
"It's bullshit, cuz the longer the song, the better, especially if it's got sick ass guitar like that" I said.
"Right!" She agreed. "You play any instruments?".
"I was actually learning to play electric bass during the school year" I told her. "Been working on a few songs".
"Cool, you need an actual band to play with!" She said.
"Yeah I know, but everybody loves trap and dubstep, so no one likes to play actual music anymore" I sighed.
"All you need is a drummer, guitarist, and singer" she said. "Can't be that hard".
"I could maybe get Malik to play the drums since I'm getting him into it, and maybe Haru as the singer or guitarist" I suggested.
"That'd be a good idea" she said. "Just need that fourth person".
"Yeah" I sighed. "I know Lily and Crystal aren't into metal or heavy metal, so they won't be into it".
"And I can't do guitar or sing, so I'm out" she sighed.
I shrugged, "guess we're stuck until we find someone".
