Phil's POV
"So what game do you want to play first?" I asked Dan as I started setting up the PlayStation. "We have Halo, Mortal Combat, to Mario Kart, to Bishi Bashi Special." I placed the video games on the coffee table in front of him so he could pick.

"What he fu*k is Bishi Bashi Special?" Dan questions, and I turn around and laugh at the sight of Dan's confused face, his eyebrows knitted together.

"Well then, Bishi Bashi it is" I announced, and I loaded up the game and sat myself down next to Dan, handing him a controller. The game finally loaded after taking several minutes, and then we chose the Bishi Bashi for two option. I decided to be the girl and Dan was the boy, and soon enough, we found ourselves searching through the thousands of games, Dan questioning what was happening every five minutes. There were so many in fact, I couldn't even remember half of the games that he played, only that Dan beat me twice out of the three rounds that we played.

The next game we played was Mortal Combat, which was a game that I was amazing at. I had never been beaten before, and Dan had never played it, which was perfect for me. The first round, I picked Sheeba with her terrifying move, the second, Sonia Blade, since Dan decided that we should have the most boring round ever, which was Sonia Blade vs Johnny Cage. Eventually, Dan was crowned the winner, which was something that I was definitely not happy about.

We kept playing video games until we had played pretty much all of the ones we had, and then moved onto board games. We played Tokiyo, Jenga, Uno and Cards Against Humanity. In the end, Dan won Jenga, and Cards Against Humanity, and I won Tokiyo and Uno.

"You do know right that we'll be going to hell for playing this game" Dan said to me after playing Cards Against Humanity, and I laughed as I shrugged my shoulders.

"Great, because if I'm going to hell, you'll be coming with me." Dan said in a serious tone, and I laughed at that.

The day slowly progressed, and we managed to read a few chapters of the current books that we're reading, talked, went on the Internet and watched many YouTube videos. We had totally lost track of time with all the fun we were having, and we had almost forgotten that Dan was home because of his rib, and that we hadn't called our friends to let them know that Dan was okay.

"Hold on for a sec. I'm gonna tell Connor that we're home so they don't freak out." I informed.

"Okay, I'm gonna call Lily" Dan replied, and I handed his phone to him Dan and paused the video as I picked up the phone and walked over to the kitchen to ring Connor.

"Hey Connor."

"Hey Connor? Hey Connor is all you can say? We have been at school almost all day, and you've only just rung us now in fifth period. I had to get out of class to ring you!!"

"I'm sorry okay. Dan and I forgot to ring you guys."

"Clearly. You're lucky you managed to get yourselves out of school. Anyway, how's Dan?"

"Fine. We're having a great time over here, just hanging out. What about you guys, has Kian come back for more harassment yet?"

"No he hasn't. He's been suspended for breaking Dan's bone and starting a punch up, even though he should've easily been expelled by now, but this school's discipline system is sh*t. As for us, we've been stuck in class bored out of our brains."

"What about after we left the cafeteria?"

"People were questioning if Dan was going to be okay, and if you guys were an item because you were carrying him out of the cafeteria. Look, I know that Dan is your best friend, and that you have feelings for him, but you need to make it less obvious, because if people start questioning it, soon enough, Dan will be as well."
