Hello! My name is Julie Randell and I'm a self motivator. Exercising is my daily goal, and to be better than yesterday today has always been my motto. Here are my tips and daily workouts I suggest- either if you're at home or a gym!

Please stretch well everyone morning (or afternoon, whenever you exercise) because it is possible you can pull a muscle.
