Before and after every meal, drink 2 glasses of water. Drinking a lot of water (Atleast 8 glasses a day,) really just flushes out your body and its systems. A human should be, roughly, using the bathroom every 55-60 minutes. If you aren't, that's okay. You will live; you're body needs more water though. Even if you're not up for losing weight, our body needs water. Without it, well were weak and tired. Dehydration kills.
