The Dinoshark is the titular main antagonist in the 2010 Syfy movie of the same name. It is a dino-shark-like creature with sharp teeth and insatiable appetite, results of a cross between a great white shark and a Tyrannosaurus Rex.
It was frozen in glacial ice as a baby the Arctic It was thawed out due to global warming. It's prehistoric armor can not pierced by bullets and can leap out of the ocean high enough to devour helicopters and parasailers.

The Dinocroc was still wounded from the battle with Rexy, now it has been teleported into the ocean, it heard splashes from behind, it turned around and saw nothing, it felt something bump it's back, and what it saw really shocking. It was a shark, only bigger, scaly, and has the head of a Trex!

(Improvised using both roars) The Dinocroc- nevermind you get the idea.
CROC VS SHARK!
FIGHT!
60 The Dinocroc and Dinoshark swam towards eachother and began to clash, the Dinocroc slashed the shark's face so hard, it made the water red. Enraged, the shark tail slapped the croc and bites the neck of the hybrid.
50 The Dinocroc got really angry and decided to bite down on the Dinosharks right fin, the shark roars in pain and let's go of the Dinocroc's neck, and tries to bite back, but it was to late, the croc tears off the right fin, making the shark weaker
40 The Dinoshark swam far in the ocean, making it invisible to Dinocroc, the croc hybrid tries to find the shark until it turned around and saw the Dinoshark swimming fast at the croc head on, the shark bites the tail of the croc, dragging it deeper in the water and throws the croc against a hard rock.
30 The Dinocroc looks up and saw a boulder that's about to fall on him, it quickly dodges out if the rocks way, letting it fall to the ground, the Dinocroc swims back to his opponent and rips off the left fin of the Dinoshark.

The Dinoshark roars in pain, without its flippers, it is now weaker than before, enraged, it swims far from the Dinocroc and the hybrid sees where the creature is going and accepts the challenge.
10 Both creatures swam far from eachother then turned around and swam towards eachother, the Dinoshark opened its jaws, preparing to bite the Dinocroc's neck while the croc was readying its claws, when they collided, the Dinocroc stabs its claws through the inside of the sharks top jaw, making it go through the head, killing it.
KO!
The Dinocroc roars victorious as the dead Dinoshark sinks to the bottom of the ocean as blood comes out through the hole of its head where the Dinocroc stabbed

Another portal has spawned, and the Dinocroc swam through it, meeting it's next opponent... NO!... It's next prey.
