Chapter 7

Leo and Percy walked over to the big house to have breakfast. Leo passed all the cabins and realized how much he had missed camp. It had been the first place where everyone could understand him and everyone accepted him. Plus, he didn't remember how nice it was not to have monsters after you all the time. It was good for a change. Percy and Leo talked and laughed all the time.

They reached the Big House to have breakfast.

He saw that instead of 11 separate tables for children of the 11 gods, a large table was placed in the centre and everyone was seated on that table. He saw all his five friends. Piper and Hazel were in a deep conversation at one corner. Reyna and Jason were having a fist fight on the other end with all the younger ones crowded amongst them and of course, Reyna was winning. Annabeth and Frank too, were talking. Annabeth seemed to be scolding Frank for something. The Stoll brothers were talking to an Aphrodite girl who seemed to be blushing. He saw Clarisse sitting with a baby in one hand and was holding Millie's hand in the other. Coach Hedge was talking with Chiron in a very serious tone. Nico was...What? Well-he was sitting and holding hands with Will Solace. And Calypso? She was sitting and laughing talking to everyone. Her face glowed and she seemed to be very happy. She was wearing the camp half-blood orange T-shirt and was looking very cute.

'Ah- hem. Attention people. The man of the war is here. I present LEO!' Percy announced.

Cheer and clapping went all around.

'SILENCE' Boomed Chiron. He was looking very – different. He looked old and had scars and scratches on his face and body. And with a start- Leo realized that half of his tail was missing. It seemed that it was burned right off. 'Leo, be seated please.'

Leo saw that a chair in the very centre of the table was reserved for him. Everyone made way for him and he sat down.

'Why the entire king treatment?'

'Leo. Do you know what you did?'

He turned and saw that it was Reyna who had spoken. She had a look of pride on her face and Leo assumed that she had won the fist fight with Jason.

'You saved- not only us, but all the gods. Greek or Roman, everybody was saved.'

'Yes Leo, you sacrificed yourself for the entire world. You burned yourself to kill Gaia.' This time it was Piper who had spoken.

'Yes, but guys... I am immune to Fire. Remember?'

'Leo, the explosion was enough to have killed Hephaestus. We thought you would know how you survived.' Chiron said.

'No, I don't. You are the expert. But, how did I survive? Did the gods have anything to do with it?'

'Leo, the power of the Gods had nothing to do with it.' Annabeth said. 'They are nothing compared to the Titans. Only a Titan could have saved you but there is not a single Titan-' Annabeth voice trailed off. She and Percy looked at each other.

'Bob.'

'What?' Reyna said.

The seven looked at each other. They seemed to have an understanding.

'Yes, of course.'

'Bob. It could have been him.'

'I have always loved that guy.'

'But... that would mean that he survived. That- he is alive. . ?

The last voice was of Annabeth.

'What are you talking about? Who is Bob?' Clarisse asked rather rudely.

'Woah. Calm down war girl.' Percy said. 'Bob is Iapetus.'

'The Titan?' Tyson asked.

'Yup... the Titan. He saved Leo.'
