"Gilinsky!" I yelled as I jumped on Jack's back unexpected. We were meeting at the local Starbucks.
He catched me and turned his face to me. "Thank God it's you." I breathed out.
I laughed and looked at him. "What if it wasn't me?"
"I'd probably drop you." I laughed and got off his back. I hugged him tightly and I felt his hand creep on my ass.
"Hands, Gilinsky." I warned him.
"Oh, c'mon." He joked. I pulled back and gave him a death look. "Okay! Sorry!" He said defending himself. "Let's go in."
He opened the door for me and we walked in, ordering a quick brunch. "So, how's life?" I asked him while sipping my soy latte.
"Good... Boring, but good."
"Aw, how come boring?"
"Need something new in my life, don't you ever have that? I mean, I have the entire time." He was right. I kept needing new things in my life.
Jack was one of my good friends, and I can't lie, sometimes I wonder if I have feelings for him, but I'd tell myself that that's crazy. "G! Y/N!" I heard voices say.
I saw Johnson and Sammy walking in. We greeted them back and they kept talking to us while waiting for their drinks. "You guys on a date?" Johnson asked.
I widened my eyes and shook my head. "What? No!"
"Too bad." Sammy winked.
"Too bad?" I repeated him.
"Yeah, G would love to call this-"
"Can I talk to you for a second, Wilkinson?" Jack said coughing.
"We're already talking, bro." Classic.
Jack rolled his eyes at the lame joke and stood up and walked over to another empty table, leaving Johnson and me alone.
"Gilinsky is crazy about you. He's too pussy to admit it. Help him, will you?" Jack quickly said before Jack and Sammy came back.
Johnson gave me a quick wink and they both left again. "What was that about?" I asked Gilinsky.
"Nothing."
"Oh, okay." We drunk our drinks and I thought of a way to tease him a little. "So, how's your love life going?" I smirked at him.
He chuckled. "Johnson talked to you, didn't he?"
I gladly returned the chuckle and kept smirking. "He did." His face turned red and he looked at the table. "So, 'too pussy to admit it'?" I teased.
Jack clenched his jaw. "Alright, fine. I like you. You drive me fucking crazy." He admitted.
My smile got wider and I bit my lip. "You drive me even crazier, Gilinsky." I told him.
He looked up at me with widened eyes. "For real?"
I nodded. "For real."
"You. Me. Tonight. Not Starbucks, though."
