Bad Boy vs. Brother

"You sure he's not home?" My boyfriend, Finn said. This sounds pretty wrong, but in reality he's just trying to avoid my brother.

You see, I'm Jack Gilinsky's sister. I also have a boyfriend who happened to have a pretty bad past. Jack would always judge him for that, which was really damn annoying.

Sure, Finn did some pretty stupid things in the past that made him end up in jail, but other than that he's a sweetheart.

For some kind of reason I fell for him. At first I thought he was a bad influence, but he really had changed. He had a tough act in front of everyone, but whenever we were together he would suddenly break down his wall.

What is this? A Wattpad story?

Jack still didn't support my relationship while my parents on the other hand were really supportive. They loved Finn as a son but Jack still wasn't convinced. "He's in the studio." I assured him.

I stepped into my house and it was luckily quiet. I sighed out of relief and fifteen minutes later Finn and I were making food for ourselves. "You suck at this!" I yelled as he nearly burned my toast.

We decided to go out of the American traditions and go British. He held up his hands in defeat. "I don't do this on a daily basis, alright! Mom usually does that for me." I laughed and shook my head.

After a lot of attempts to make decent food, it actually worked. We sat on the kitchen table, discussing Kylie Jenner's new car as we actually enjoyed our food.

But the door opened, showing my brother and his annoying ass friends. "Dude, you're whipped as fuck." Johnson said as they all came in laughing. But their laughter quickly died when they saw Finn.

"What the fuck is he doing here?" Jack asked as he came closer to us.

"Eating?"

"You better be eating that, you little shit." He spat while pointing at the food.

"What else should I be eat– oh." I bit my lip from laughing, but Jack on the other hand was looking angrier than ever.

"Back off, Jack. He's my boyfriend." I defended Finn. My parents and I both knew he was a good guy, even with his bad boy acts.

"Oh, she has a boyfriend now. Does he also hold your bag for you?"

"Don't even." I said with a steady tone.

"Come on, man. I'm sorry for dating your sister I guess but–"

"You're sorry?" Jack asked with disblief. "Damn, the prisoner actually apologized!" The boys laughed and I saw Finn clench every single muscle in his body.

"Finn..." I kinda felt bad for him. Jack was being an obvious asshole right now and I don't think he was going to stop soon.

"Lil sis is defending him now? What about your big bro? At least I don't smoke and do bad influence shit."

"So you're saying you've never smoked pot before, Jack?" I asked while stepping closer to him. "Because I can clearly remember that time where you used to smoke 24/7." I cocked my brow and he clenched his jaw. "4/20 blaze it. Am I right, Nate?"

I glared at him and his face scrunched up. "My friends have nothing to do with this." He said through gritted teeth.

"Just like my fucking boyfriend. Mine. Not yours. So will you cut the fucking crap and leave him the hell alone? You're being such an asshole and there's no need to."

"He went to fucking jail, there's every reason to."

"And you almost got arrested multiple times. What the hell are you trying to prove here, Jack? I'm so fucking done with you and your behaviour towards him.

Mom and dad are cool with us, so why aren't you? Last time I checked, you weren't dad." After my little rant he stayed quiet, just like his stupid friends. All of their grins faded now.

"You know what, let's go to the park." I said as I grabbed Finn's hand.

Let him be mad. Let my brother feel what he's supposed to feel. He was being such an asshole and I don't regret one thing I said towards him.

We're siblings, we fight all the time.
