Yes, after about 10 minutes siguro it's my turn to give my speech na. Why?

Pinalitan ko na pangalan niya sa phone ko. Haha wala lang. By the way, I asked her kasi if malapit na siya mag speech.

To: The Phenom Ly

I see. Nothing, just made sure na di ako istorbo lol.

Albeit I've been a disturbance na ever since I had a problem with Mika haha. Nakakatawa nalang pag naaalala ko kung sino at ano ako those times. Hayy

Eh? Di naman. Pero I have to prepare na, I'm next na eh. Text you later.

Okays. Don't cry ha? Wala ako na mag cocomfort sayo. Ako lang ang pwede. Haha

After that, I did not receive another message from her na. I was not able to attend the thanks giving mass because of my hectic schedule eh -_-

I am right here, lying in my bed with a smile. I don't know the specific reason why I am happy now but all I know is that I am happy everytime I am feeling Ly's presence.

The heck. Haha para akong timang na nakangiti dito. I closed my eyes trying to shrug all the memorable moments I had with Ly.

There was never a day that passed without me thinking of those moments eh. It is one of the reasons that make me happy every after awhile. Pff bayot na bayot ang peg ko.

Wag kang matulog Manong. Sabi ni Ly 'text you later' hintayin mo 'yon.

I thought to myself. Yes, dapat di ako makatulog. And my tummy helped me to be awake, tumunog na eh. Parang alarm clock -_-

So I stood up from my bed quickly and made my way to the Kitchen. I opened the refrigerator searching for food that could calm my tummy down.

And I saw pancakes. Haha may naalala ako. Mom's pancakes are Ly's favorite everytime she's at our home. Mom once told me that she never knew that someone would like her pancakes.

Never kasi nagustuhan ni Dani at Thirds yun eh. Okay lang naman samin ni dad. Hayy, I am so excited to see Alyssa eating pancakes made by mom.

What the fuck is wrong with you Kief?! Always nalang Alyssa yang iniisip mo. Baka madapa yung tao!

I think I need to rest talaga. Lol I shook my head erasing that scene I was remembering. This is silly, bigla nalang akong naging masaya eh.

To the point na whenever Mika pops up on my mind, wala na akong nafifeel. I mean unlike before, na I will... haha shit, I'll cry hard as heck and get myself drunk!

Thanks to my bestfriend, comforter, laughter, happiness, my phenom, mvp and my everything.

Whaaaaaat?!!

Hahaha. Just kidding. Okay gutom lang ako. that's all, that's it.

ALYSSA'S P.O.V.

Right after delivering my thanks giving speech, I went back to my seat. Waiting for someone to text me. Well, it's not Kiefer. I am waiting for Ysay's message.

He told me kasi kanina pang umaga, as in super umaga, I think it was at 7 am or whatever, na he'll tell me something daw.

I've been trying to reach him but I can't since we were so busy preparing for our game. I did not even had the chance to congratulate him kanina for their victory eh.

The thanks giving mass went long. But right after the last speech, our coaches and staffs allowed us to roam around somewhere or we can also take a rest.

I stood up from my seat.

"Where are you going Ly?" Kiwi asked me . She is just sitting there with Ponggay and Maddie.

"I'll just call someone Kiwi. Dun lang ako sa labas." They all nodded their okays so I dialed his number na. After 3 rings, finally, he picked up his phone.

"Sorry ngayon lang ako tumawag. Sobrang busy. I'm here outside na, how about you?"

"Nasa likod mo."

"What the--- Ysay?!" Gosh, I was so shocked to hear a manly voice behind me! I almost dropped my phone -_-

"Chill Ly. Haha kanina pa kita hinihintay no."

"Chill mo mukha mo. Ginulat mo ako eh!" I slapped his arm and rolled my eyes. He did not say anything, tumawa lang siya while shaking his head sidewards.

"So, can I know now what's the 'so important' thing you want me to know?"

Ewan ko sa lalaking to. Sabi niya may sasabihin siya sakin na importante. But when I asked him, he remained quiet.

NARRATOR

"Kinakabahan ka diyan? Tapos na kaya game niyo. Ay! Tama! Congrats talaga Ysaaaay! Yie grabe siya oh galing galing din nito mag set eh. Grabe, hoy manlibre ka ha? I'll for your call."

"Dami mong sinabi. Di kopa nasagot tanong mo eh. But thanks. Thank you."

They stared at each others' eyes for a second, but Ysay can't do it any longer so he stared back at the ground avoiding Ly's gaze. Much to the surprise of Ysay, Alyssa borrowed his phone. He nervously gave his phone to Ly who asked him about the password.

"0802." Yun lang sinabi ni Ysay. The girl beside him asked again, about the meaning of his password. It made Ysay even more nervous, di siya nakapag sagot. What shocked him the most, is when he noticed that Alyssa opened his gallery. (Which was Alyssa's hobby everytime she borrows his phone) but this time, he forgot to hide some photos.

Alyssa was obviously aghast by what she saw. A folder entitled "My Phenom", that folder consists almost all of her IG posts. She looked at Ysay a li'l bit abashed, she's asking for explanation.

Ysay paused for awhile, stared at the ground and smiled. He's trying to find the words to say for him to finally confess his feelings for Alyssa.

"...uhm, paano ba to sasabihin.. ah, Ly I know this may look or sound so crazy. Pero diba matagal mo na akong tinatanong about the 'lucky girl' I like? Kasi Ly, that girl was the one who made me believe that even the nerd Ysay, can show everyone what he got. Naalala mo 'yong first encounter natin and when I told you that you're my idol? Tapos you encouraged me pa that I can be more than what I was that time." Alyssa just nodded in response, Ysay continued...

"Tapos siya rin 'yong dahilan kung bakit mas nag exert ako ng effort every training, every game and every challenges that I have to face. And I believe Ly, that she's also one of the reasons kung bakit ako naging Team Captain. That girl is you, Ly." Ysay got teary eyed saying those words, and so Alyssa.

"Ngayon alam mo na Alyssa, do you still think that the girl I like is such a 'lucky girl'? Ly, can you give me a chance to suit you? Do I have any chance to win your heart Ly?"
