Raini's P.O.V

-CAR THEN HOME-

I sat awkwardly next to Laura in the car. Calum was flirting with this small girl called Carrie. She was so ugly.

Calum: Wow, yano, you're actually really pretty Carrie!

Carrie: Awh, thanks Calum! :) Hehe.

Ugh. Too soppy for my liking! I turned and spoke to Laura.

Raini: I wonder why Ross left so early anyway.

Laura: I uh...I'm not sure.

Raini: Laura? Is there something your not telling me?

She suddenly went from sad to smiling.

Laura: No, it's nothing, nothing's wrong :)

Raini: Sure?

Laura: Uh-huh!

Raini: Well okay.

We soon pulled up outside Laura's house.

Laura: Can you ask your Dad to stop please? *To Carrie*

Carrie: DAD STOP THE CAR!!!

She screamed that loud that me,Calum and Laura jumped at the same time.

Carrie's Dad: Ok Carrie...

He slammed on the break which sent us flying forward.

Raini: Ouch! God damn it!

I looked up. I'd flown onto Calum.

Raini: Sorry Cal!

Calum: It's..okay...

I leant off him. Laura was about to get out when I tugged her arm.

Raini: Can I come to yours for a while?

Laura: Uh,sure.

Raini: Guess we'll see you later Calum.

Calum: See ya.

Laura: Thanks for the ride Carrie. :)

Carrie: Welcome Laura!

Humph, I didn't get a single mention. Then again, I only said bye to Calum.

As me and Laura got out, Carrie slammed the door behind us. They drove off.

Raini: Poor Calum! Having to spend an extra ride in THAT car!

Laura: What are you talking about?

Raini: *seriously face* Seriously?! He was driving SO fast! And that VOICE!...

Laura: Be grateful they gave us a lift home, we could of walked back.

She stormed off ahead. She was in an even worse mood than the car. Maybe, it was me ? But what had I done..We went inside and sat down on the couch.

Laura: Raini's staying for a bit mom.

Ellen: Oh okay. Hello would be nice!

She was the only one in, making herself some coffee.

Laura: Hello! *angrily*

Ellen: Laura, there's no need for that tone.

She ignored Ellen and put the tv on. Ellen smiled as she turned towards me.

Ellen: How was the party?

Raini: Great actually! Apart from being sick but oh well.:) You know, there were loads of people making out, it was so..

My voice trailed as we watched Laura slam the remote down and stomp upstairs.

Ellen: What's got into her?!

Raini: I'm not sure. She's been like that since I woke up. I'll go talk to her.

Ellen: Okay.

I walked upstairs. I went into Laura's room to find her crying.

Raini: Laura! What the hells the matter?!

Laura: Nothing.. *sniffing and wiping eyes*

Raini: *rolls eyes* Obviously there is. C'mon you're my friend. Tell me.

Laura: You promise not to tell anyone?

Raini: Promise.

Laura: I kinda..made out with Ross...

Raini: Oh my god! That's great! Are you guys a couple now or ?!

I grinned. She looked at me like "are you crazy"

Laura: It's a bit more than that Raini!

Raini: You're married?!

Laura: Wha...? No! Look, me and Ross...kinda...did it at the party and now he hates me...
