Judy stops and turns around and so do I. Gideon is hiding behind the door, with and evident blush on his cheeks. "Hi Gideon." Judy says walking back up to us." H-how....?" He asks quietly. "Judy you explain." I say. "Why me?" She asks. " You made me knock, you tell the story. Simple." I say smartly. "Well, Cotton here was worried about yo-" "You were to" I interrupted. She rolls her eyes. "We were both worried about you and we didn't know where you lived so we went to city hall. Long story short, here we are." Judy says. Gideon nods slightly. "W-well, I'm f-fine." He says nervously. "Obviously you're not." I say accusingly. He seems to blush even more at this. "Really, I-I'm fine!" Gideon says. I raise an eyebrow. I wasn't close to buying it. "Come on Gideon, we want to help! I want to help!" I say, by now I was pleading. I really wanted to help. He was a friend. I care about my friends. Who doesn't? He suddenly growled. "What if I don't want your help!? I don't need you! I'm perfectly fine myself!" He yells. I look down. "Oh, o-okay then." I say quietly. I walk back towards the car. I didn't realize I was crying until I get to the car. I close the passenger side and look ahead of me. A long endless road. I look out the corner of my eye to see Judy walking away from Gideon with her hands clenched into fists. Behind her I can see Gideon on the ground holding his snout. Judy gets into the car and drives off. It was silent the whole way. To be honest, I liked it that way. I silently cried while Judy tried her best not to break the wheel.
