After our lazy day, we heard a knock at the door. Judy gets up and looks to see who it is. "Cotton, someone sent you a package." Judy calls. I raise an eyebrow as she brings a small box over. I open it up to see a letter and a bunch of boxed up sweets. I practically drool at the sight. I look at the letter. I open it and there was a note. Hi Cotton, I thought I should get you this as a thanks for giving me a chance. -Gideon. How sweet. "Who's it from?" Judy asks. "It's from Gideon." I reply, already trying to decide what to eat first. I think I'll go for the Hershey's though. Judy rolls her eyes and sits down next to me. "Want some?" I ask. Judy nods her head and holds her hand out. I shove a few pieces of chocolate in her hand. I shake my head and laugh. "I guess I should thank him." I say, already getting a piece of paper and an envelope. I write down a thank you note and put my phone number in there too since I never told him it yet. I put it in the envelope and stuck it in the mail box. I go back and sit down next do Judy. I prop my feet up and we continue doing whatever we wanted.
