That night in the cabin, I keep waking up every time I fall asleep. I do hear Shay snoring beside me, but I'm used to it. Maybe it's the swaying of the ship.

I groan, and I lay my head on Shay's bare chest. He stirs awake, and I look up at him.

"Sorry if I woke you," I say.

"You okay?" Shay asks, "did you have a nightmare?" I shake my head.

"No, I didn't have a nightmare, I just can't sleep," I say. Shay kisses my head, and then he strokes my arm.

"You should try to get some sleep," Shay says. I smile.

"But..... I don't really want to since your awake," I say while grinning. Shay smirks.

"Then what do you suppose we do?" Shay asks.

"This," I say and then I lean over and I start kissing him. Shay rolls over on top of me. He grips my waist, I wrap my arms around his neck and I pull him closer, trying to deepen the kiss. But he pulls away, he looks at me.

"Your sure about this?" Shay asks me.

"I'm sure," I say. Shay searches my eyes for uncertainty. I kiss him once more. I smile.

The rest of that night was a blur. All I know is that it was the best night of my life.

The next morning I wake up in Shay's arms. I smile, and I gently kiss his lips. He doesn't wake up. I guess he is in a very deep sleep.

I get out of bed, carefully not to wake up Shay, but then I feel a little pain in my around my pelvis. I get changed into my assassin robes. Then I feel arms around my waist, and I feel Shay kissing my neck.

I giggle, I turn around and I put my arms around his neck, and I kiss him on the lips. I pull away and I look at him.

"You better get changed, love," I say to him.

"Come back to bed," Shay coos.

"We have to go above deck soon," I whine. He groans.

"Fine, I'll get changed," Shay leaves our embrace and then he changes into his assassin robes. We go back above deck, and Shay takes the wheel and then we leave port, and we go and meet Chevalier.

Shay docks the Morrigan and me and Shay go and we meet Chevalier. When we find Chevalier we see him talking to someone.

"Trust me, you'll sell those lobsters by the tongue, in France," Chevalier says to a pirate. Chevalier turns around and he sees us."Ahhh, the cabbage farmer and the sheep herder have returned, it's about time, we got a lead on that mysterious Manuscript,"

"I'll be surprised if you could read it," Shay says. Chevalier looks at him.

"No one can read it, that's why the Templar's are taking so long with it," Chevalier says.

"Then what use is it to us, if we can't read it?" I ask him. Chevalier looks at me.

"That's why there is a Precursor Box," Chevalier says.

"But we haven't figured out how it open it, so back to my point, these artifacts are useless to us," I say. Chevalier rolls his eyes.

"No man wants a smart woman," Chevalier says. I scoff.

"Then how did I get Shay?" I ask smugly. Chevalier acts like he's about to say something, but he lets it go.

"Anyway, one of my allies has caught a glimpse of the Templar's work," Chevalier says.

"The pirate?" Shay asks.

"A spy who works with the pirate's, we set sail for Anticosti, that should prove a test for this floating cesspool you call a Ship," Chevalier says. Then we set sail for Anticosti.
