Anne's words

I cried for multiple reasons. Because I just been through Hell, because I was alone, but mostly because I have become grown to Edward and his family and here they are in front of me. I thought of Drew. He was so beautiful, a real angel. I slowly got up and turned around to face the remains.

I felt my head felling for my camera taped to my bowl to make sure it was recording what I was seeing. I work my backpack off and searched for gloves, but I didn't think to pack any. I walked over to them. They lay mangled together. I bit my lip thinking of what to do. If I called the police they would sent me away for one and take care of this themselves and I may never know where they went. If I moved them and buried them myself then I would know but it would take me a while.

I stood there trying to find out what to do. I didn't want to leave them there, but I had to. I needed to find out if they had family buried somewhere. If there was somewhere in particular they wanted to be. I felt a presence in the room, one I haven't felt before, a comforting one. I turned around and didn't see anything. Where was it coming from? I looked around until I saw her. Anne. I never met her before. She was tall with brown hair and an a white gown on, or that is what is looked like.

"Anne?" I asked. "You take us to cemetery " she said. Her voice calm and quiet. "You want me to do this?" I asked. She smiled and faded in the mist. "No wait!" I said reaching for her. But she was gone. I stood there again, alone. I knew what she ment. She wanted me to take them to the a cemetery. Me. Why me? I don't know. But she was going to make sure they were there when I got back.

I grabbed my backpack and started for the door out. I stopped when I got to the black door. I opened it and went in. I went to the wall and felt it. The fire was still going but it was dying down. I didn't know weather to open it or not, because I didn't want to release anything trapped inside. So I let it be. The walls were concrete and I knew the fire would not spread through out the house, and you couldn't really smell any smoke. I went into my back pack and got out my last bottle of Holy Water. I took some on the thumb and make a cross on the wall and walked away making one on the black door as I closed it.

I walked my was out of the tunnel and when I got out the first thing I did was check myself. I was ok, bleeding but ok. I walked over to Abby's bed and laid down. It was soft and comfortable. A cemetery. Where was a cometary. I didn't have my iPad so I had to use the computer in the office off of the kitchen. I got up and headed for it.

I must have forgotten about the smell because I didn't really smell anything until I got in the hallway. But by that time it didn't bother me. I went into the office and started working. I found out that the closest cemetery was 5 miles from here. How was I going to het the bones of 4 people to a cemetery 5 miles from here? I needed to drive them. Thankfully I knew how to drive but I didn't have a license.

I printed out the directions and went into our room. I needed to take a shower and change. I set my backpack on the toilet, untied the bowl and camera, undressed and got in. I washed the debris from my hair. There was small chunks of wood and burnt paper in it. I looked at the water coming from me. It was black and brown, filled with dust and dirt.

When I finished I went to our room and got in some clean clothes. It was 3:48am. I was exhausted. My body hurt and I felt like I was going to collapse at any minute. I needed to get back to nana at the church. I drug my way out of the house and down the street. When I reached the church I was so tired. I had the cross I took in my hand and put it back at the guest book. I went upstairs and got in the room we were in. I laid down on my cot and went to sleep.

-later that day-

I woke up around 7 am to nana telling me to get up. 3 hours of sleep was not enough for me but I had to fight it. "What happened to you?!" She said looking at me. "Your head has a big scab on it" she said rubbing her hand across it. "Ow! I fell trying to find my way around here" I told her. She looked me. "You fell?" She said. "Going to the bathroom. I fell down the stairs. I'm sorry. " I said not sure why I need to be apologizing. "It is fine. Your ok and it will hopefully go away." She said. "Let's go get something to eat" she said.

We went downstairs and got in the car to go to Wendy's. We got some food and drove around town. On our way back we passed by a cemetery. "Hey! Stop the car !" I said. Nana slowed down, " why?" "I want to see the cemetery" I said opening my door while we were still going down the road. "Hey! Get back here!" She said stopping. I was running, not really controlling myself. As if I was being pulled. I went around the tombstones looking for the name Grayson.

I almost turned around when I saw it. Grayson. A whole roll of them. The tombstones were old and barely legible. I ran my hands over the words. There was brothers and sisters, mothers and fathers. This was where Edward and his family were to be. Thank god they were behind a hill and also off to the side. It didn't seem likely that someone would notice me over here. "What are you doing??" Nana asked running up behind me. She was out of breath and I was too. "This is the Grayson family" I said. "Yes it is, I see that" she said. "What about them? Why did you burst out of the car?" She asked.

Now you have to understand, nana is a very strong Christian. If I talk about the paranormal experience I had she would flip her lid and tell me 'not to mess with things like that and don't even think about it' but the problem is, is that is part of me. I can't live with half of my body. One eye and one leg. One arm and half a brain and nose. I just couldn't. It was me.

"Their family lived in the house we stayed in. The Mayest house. They were good people." I said. She looked at me like I was crazy. "And how do you know this?" She asked. "The fireplace has a plate on it." I said. "Um, ok. We'll let's get back to the car" she said leaving me standing there. "I will bring them to you" I said and followed her.
