Alone with Jieun

After we headed inside, Jihae looked me over for any injuries and asked me if I was okay at least five times! We walked into the kitchen and I noticed the black plastic bag Jihae was holding. He noticed my questioning expression and handed me the bag. I looked in the bag and saw spaghetti noodles with vegetables. I looked back up at him "Are you going to cook dinner today?" He took the bag from my hand before replying "Yes, my lady." He looked inside the bag before looking at me "I forgot to buy garlic..." He put the bag on the counter and walked to the front door, putting on his shoes. He put his hand on the door knob and looked at me "I will be back my lady." Jihae opened the door and stepped out, the screams of the girls louder than ever.

The door shut behind him and I went into the living room. I noticed that it was very quiet and then remembered that Jiyeon and Jisoo went to the park while Jiwoo went to the bookstore. I didn't know if Jieun was home or not because he was so quiet. I walked out to the veranda and saw Jieun sleeping in his bunny form. I took a small step towards Jieun but he opened his eyes and started to wake up. After a while Jieun shifted back to his human form, grabbed my hand, and pulled me inside.

Jieun stayed silent as he took me to the couch. He sat me down on the couch and put his head on my lap. I ran my hands through his snow white hair and he shivered when I touched his ears. It was silent between us as I played with his hair but why was it so awkward?! Everything became awkward after the "almost" kiss I had with Jieun. I couldn't say anything to him without stuttering or getting tongue tied. As I sat there lost in my thoughts, I decided to speak to clear the awkward air "J-Jieun have you been doing alright?" He turned his head in my lap to look at me "...I am fine...I just..." Jieun let out a big sigh. I looked into his eyes "You just what, Jieun?" Jieun's eyes were full of different emotions. "I wish we weren't interrupted by Eddie yesterday..." Oh... he still wants to kiss me? "Jie...Umph!" Suddenly, Jieun's lips pressed onto mine. The kiss was gentle and careful but I could feel Jieun's passion through it. 'My first kiss!' The thought ran through my head like a herd of zoo animals. I felt Jieun pull away and lay back down on my lap. "I love you, Y/n..." That's what Jieun said before closing his eyes and falling asleep. I kept petting his head as I muttered the words "I love you too, Jieun." softly to him. A small smile found Its way to his face.

After five minutes of petting Jieun's head, I heard the front door open. I heard the door shut and Jihae came into the living room soon after. "My lady, I have gotten the garlic and I'll cook dinner tonight." I looked over at Jihae with a small smile "Alright, Jihae." Jihae gave me a small smile before going into the kitchen. After a while, I became lost in my thoughts and remembered my first kiss with Jieun. Even though it was my first kiss, I'm glad it was Jieun...
