"Hay, you chose to stay here with me and talk. Keep your word." Iritable niyang sagot. Ako na nga itong concerned sa kanya, siya pa ang may balak mainis.

"Sige na sige na. Ano namang pag uusapan natin?"

"Your eyes." he answered while staring deeply right into my eyes.

"My eyes? Oh, so gusto mo malaman kung bakit kulay blue yung mata ko?" Yun din kasi ang madalas itanong nga mga tao sa akin, wala naman kasi akong ibang lahi at pure filipina ako kaya't nakakapagtaka daw kung bakit ganito na ang kulay ng mata ko.

"Yeah." he said.

"Ok, actually hindi ko rin alam. My mom told me that it was a gift from my great grandmom, hindi ko na ito nakita kasi namatay na ito nung isang taon pa lang ako, and yeah, sabi nila, ganito daw ang kulay ng mga mata niya, so I guess it has something to do with genes." I answered.

"You must be lucky then, they're beautiful"

"So what else? Wala ka na bang itatanong?"

Tinignan niya ako sandali at nagisip.

"Hmmm, how about your name? I think Felicity sounds more unique than Maria. So why do you prefer Maria over Felicity?"

Bigla akong natahimik sa tanong niyang ito, hindi ko alam kung dapat bang sagutin ko o kung dapat ay magsinungaling na lang ako at sabihin na na kokornyhan ako sa pangalan ko.

Once again I looked at him straight in his eyes and he did the same. And on that moment, there's this sudden odd feeling that I have to trust him, that I can really trust him with my story, with myself. And suddenly for once in my life, for a very split moment, I don't feel alone anymore, I feel comfortable, I feel thankful to have him here, by my side, comforting me, talking to me, listening to me and staring at me. I didn't let myself be bothered by that feeling, because now I feel like I can finally breathe. Alam ko na mali ito at hindi dapat ako masyadong maging comfortable sa kanya, he's still my employer after all, but I guess, I have my tomorrow to stress myself about it, for now, I have to tell him and trust him with my story.

"There's actually a very long story behind it." I said

Tinignan muna niya ang relo niya,

"Will 1 hour and 30 minutes be enough?" he said

"Uhm, I think so."

"Then I'm all ears." And he smiled.

And we're there seating at the bench, facing each other comfortably. I take a deep breath first and begin my story.

"Once upon a time, there was a King and a Queen with their 3 princesses named after the queen's favorite virtues in life: Charity which means giving love and sharing, Felcity which means happiness, and the last one, Amity which means being kind and friendly. Everything was perfect, these three princesses grew up with all the love that they need and of course with love for books. Their mom which is the queen taught them how to love every books that they will read, and just like every fairytale story that was ever told to them by their mom, the princesses began to believe that everything is magical, that come what may, everything will be perfect."

I smiled then continue my story.

"Because of their family's love for reading and writing, they established their own publishing company. Everything was the way it should be. The 1st princess Chichi, short for Charity promised to become a successful business woman like their dad, so that one day, Chichi will be the one to manage their company and publish all the books that the second princess will write. Yes, the 2nd Princess Fifi, short for Felicity, always dreamed of being a writer, an author someday. She will write all books with different genres and she will one day have her own book signing. Well, the 3rd princess Mimi, short for Amity was still a 3-year old baby back then, but the 2 older princesses promised to make her a good book critic and editor so that she will be the editor of all the books Fifi will write. So yeah fast forward, Chichi was a 3rd year college student, Fifi was in 2nd year college, and Mimi was in grade 1 when everything changed. When all those bitter and tragic things started to happen."
