"Ivan! look! the clock there looks like the clock in London!" i said happily. pagkarating palang namin ni Ivan dito sa Baston we decided to roam around to be familliar here. di naman kami magkasama sa iisang house. Ivan's family owns a building or should i say parang apartment so dun siya nakatira. ako, sa parents ko. yes, they live here. kami lang naman ni kuya ang nakatira sa Philippines
"Bea!! Clam Chowder!" Ivan pulled me to a small but not so small restau here "you know, in order to enjoy Boston's best you need to try this!" pumasok kami dun and he let me sat. di naman nagtagal pag hihintay ko nun and he placed a cup in front of me
it looks like a a milk- or cream-based soup that generally contains clams, potatoes, onions, and some form of pork. i tasted it and Ivan was watching me. i smiled to him "it's good!" sabi ko and ate alot again
"Let's try the Neptune Oyster after this para magkalaman ka na" sabi niya while laughing kaya i slap his arm. pabiro naman
"yah baka mamaya sobrang tumaba naman ako! pero i like the idea na we will eat alot!" i said and ate a scoop of this chowder thingy while looking outside. new life here in Boston. new atmosphere and environment. new faces. everything will be new.
