Powers division the new department headed up by Judy and Nick
Who are to be married this time on the ghost

The day was here Judy in her white wedding dress nick in a tux and tie
Both nervous
The music plays and the crowded pews turn and she came in nick would say it was the most amazing day of his life
(Incase you haven't noticed I'm skipping through it slightly)
The ceremony was great but after the rings abd the kiss
It went bad.....
Hooded powers smashed in
Wearing masks like the ghost does tho instead of blue glowing lights it was purple, black, red, and green
They fired off bullets and paralyzed the others
They yelled out as they did so "Vera says hi from the darkness die wilde and hopps!!!! We are three ghosts of the damned"
Then they vanished
As nick jumped in front of Judy
They didn't see the last attack a slice of wind condensed into a blade flying it would pierce nick and Judy impaling them
Tho they'd live nick would loose he right leg and Judy would loose here left arm
Only to have metal biotic ones installed in there place

They vowed then and there any power not registered they would hunt down kill or capture depending on threat level
