So the song attached to the pic above is a theme song tho temp for the time I want my viewers to vote on three songs this one and two others listen and tell me which matches the ghost and it's dark harsh and corrupt story do keep in mind I do love my comments and the next three chapters will have songs that are in the running with them and now the story....

The night was dark and the scum where out as always the streets in question where being walked down the middle by a group of ghost mask wearing a holes who patrolled the four districts and slums of Zootopia having seized them

Then all over Zootopia screens lit up

"Hello all I'm the ghost and this is black hood as you know were back that's all oh but one thing that group who bear my mask there not anywhere near affiliated with me or related to or with anything close to me so now to you pretenders............
a little note for you all look behind you!"

Flash of light and the smoke of the nightly fog covered the cries of pain from the now unasked and tied up false ghosts the real one left "hello boys and girls you wait here the powers division will arrive shortly" she says with a wink as a light shines on her "ghost this is the zpd hands up yiur under arrest"

Yells nick

"Wait what? Why?" Angel says confused

"We all know Vera's dead even she can't come back to life I won't say it again now!...put yiur hands up or...or*dart sound nick faints*"

Good night sweet nick see you boys and girls in blue next time bye!!!!" She chuckles and vanishes around a corner climbing it to the roof via grappling hook and them speeding her way back to the manor stoping to capture

100 muggers

3 drug pins

4 corrupted cops with footage of it

2 child molesters

And a pimp/slaver

She slept good that night

400 miles away....

"So my dear you finally have come back to me...." Hisses a hood male figure his metal claw hand fingers as blades dripping blood

"Come then let's play the score light the candles and dance the devils due all night long let me toast to you my dear ghost" he cackles drinking a red substance

He walks into a room where a bloody striped of fur but alive female fox is "shhhhh" he whispers in what Evers left of the ear she once had as the poor fox whimpers "it's ok it's-" he tears the head of the girl right of with a gentle tugg "-ok much better now let me just refill" he says and as the blood flows he lowers his cup to it the silver chalice stained red filling with the oozing red crimson life line the body naked raw and horrifying to see as she was tortured impaled and abused in multiple ways

He lifts his cup up past the ripped flesh that was her neck "mmmm my life is longer thanks to you my dear foxy" he chuckles in a deeply demented tone tho by now it's clear the beast of a man is disgusting his voice sounding far more demonic then he is as he tosses the cup back draining the life that once lived into his gullet the red staining his teeth
"Tasty oh there here too soon I must finish" he growls out smashing the glass and writing simple words in blood his own from where he is to slice his arm tho it will heal in five seconds flat

A million cars are outside sirens alive in the night as the good zpd prepare to break the door down they suddenly hear something Bogo would have never wanted to hear ever again

(The whistle is important nothing more sorry lol tho I'd watch to understand)

"Oh god no...." Bogo says and the officers turn seeing something they will remember

Fear all over Bogo's face terror his hands shaking

"Oh god please...no" he just froze as soon as the sound stopped he yelled "get in there now please just hope I'm wrong"

The barn door busts open that girl was dismembered placed so it looked like she was crucified and a bloody wedding dress placed on her torso painted in the wall

"Poor Bogo didn't know I'm sorry my old foe you bore me our games through tell the ghost....."

Then on the dress it says "I'm coming to break the vow I once shared can you stop me ghost for all I care Zootopia will burn no one can save it but play my game and perhaps you'll make it" the walls body parts everything had words or phrases like "till death, vow of silence, I'm back, don't break your vow" and some like: "fear hate evil,unclean,kill kill kill"

And in big bold letters almost verse script on the girls head which was found spinning around from the rafters by string a wooden cross in her maw "till death I do not part I'm the vow

Miss me...?"

Bogo looked at this and froze so much like the case he worked on as chief his first go "he's back call wilde and Judy...." He tells a wolf "why sir" the wolf asks "because he's the most sadistic killer ever and the only heroes that ever stopped him...where the hood and Vera

Gods help us..."
