"Good you finally have it" says Jason after the 7th night of training the ghost to change from girl to ghost

"Really? *rapid panting*" angel asks In costume

"Now we can begin training"

Two days later

"Ok kit here's the deal in order you will learn: lock picking stealth every single style of combat ever, every lethal and non lethal way to take down a enemy, swordsmanship and all the styles  that go with it

Gun fu(real thing) marksman style even with a pistol, blending in to this new world and new life, keeping your new identity in check and you will perfect this, maintaining your cool under pressure, how to with stand torture of all kinds, controlling emotions and wielding them, How to use your powers

Oh yes and gymnastics, survival....

Putting it simple your going to become the master of everything and I mean every thing, everything even style,
as well as gadgetry we have many...

Oh one thing tho those things the cops teach forget them-"

"What?! Why?" Angel asks kind if shocked

"Simply put your dead you have no lawful authority you have no use for cuffs, for Miranda rights, you have no badge and you have no back up minus me and in emergency you can't depend on cops since your technically a power plus easy to mistake for a member of that group your! not! a! cop!!!!" He says emphasizing the last four words loudly

"Ok ok I get it so lock picking huh? When does- hey!!!-" she yells as he locks the entry to the roof behind him and it only unlocks from the other side unless you have a key he speaks through the door

"Ok ghost let's begin you are on a roof in tundra town I'm sure you realized by now your freezing to the bones while that costume is warm it can only help for so long you have till dawn that's 55mins to pick this lock before you freeze to death you'll find lock picks on the ledge behind you you only have three so be careful"

He then walks off saying "if you make it you know your way home if not I'll make sure you get a great burial"

55 mins later the door finally opens she rushes in colder then hell warmed up by how pissed she was she marches home and punch him in the face

"Well I deserved that" he says holding his now bleeding nose back

He hands her some papers

"Welcome back to Zootopia ms.VERA G. CULSON or that's who you are now and yes that is her name minus the CULSON"

You returned 3 weeks before the ghost showed up making it look like you aren't her or him perfect alibi and your id your birth certificate the works you should familiarize them your her now

Comes the door bell

Go head and start practicing on the dummy over there while I go scare off the reporter again he says putting his blind act back on

He says convincingly (anyone who's read my other story remembers everyone's psycho gemzee well she's a cameo in this as reporter "name a work in progress so if it changes forgive :) )

"I'm Amelia...Amelia lane and I'd like to ask you about sightings of you being mugged then saved by the famous black hood is he back what did he say did he say anything?"

She rattled off

"Did I get saved by a guy in a hood that was black yes I did...did he speak to me or anyone...I don't know I was in shock a hooligan robing a blind man awful....and do I have information on the back of the black hood no I'm afraid I haven't seen his back nor am I sure he was even the real guy all I heard was "the black hood something something" and that rap scalene  screaming serves him right" he answered not giving any real info away expertly

A few beatings,
water-boardings, a lot of practice and a lot of nights not sleeping later

It seems division of powers and so called heroes fall once more to catch the howler savage fox father murders his rabbit son after being forced to ingest night howler venom and the same message in blood on the wall as always the blood was the previous victims not from the crime scene the father was found later to day dead by gun shot self inflicted will it ever end?! -the feline post

"Fuck me!?!!!!" Yells nick as he reads it even just is shocked "it was suppose to be bellwether behind bars case closed but this maniac is re doing it all but worse over 500 victims all parents killing there young what monster would do it" he says tears forming

"Ms hopps mr wilde he's here Wolfgang has arrived and he seems to have a lead" says a rhino named terrins

They rush out "it's not on person but four one to hold the kid two to hold the parent down one to keep watch and a lead to force the howler down the maw of the parent it's them the fallen ghosts there back" he says as nick and just arrive nick growls punches a wall metal arm breaking off a peice

"You heard the man get on it find me those ass holes and I'll rip them a new one it's gonna be messy"

Judy can tell nick was just mad but still he is diffrent after that wedding day

A letter would show up five days later for BH and TG(the ghost for clarification)

Sent to the zpd powers angel had yet to get out in the streets so he was well informed

It read "in five days I return to break a vow I once learned come and face me once more I'm the vow miss me Vera and black I hope so cause there's more..." It was signed
