The howler takes stage

Years ago a man a lynx named Michael Sharjah he was hit by the explosion he was a scientist working with the night howler flower and when the blast hit him he was changed now he's no plant person but like the bullets from (*spolier alert coming* the movie rights still standing owned by Disney and any other party's involed) the case bellwether was arrested and convicted for it

He was corrupted and changed the once kind genius now a sociopathic power, a killer with a god complex

At first it was a wolf then on and on not really sure what drove him to it he eventually found his tastes using others to kill via howler control unique to him see unlike the dart of bellwethers design he could control each victim even curing them after he was done or kill them by burning the venom so hot it kills them by combustion...

After keeping it quite for so long the police couldn't anymore after the following event...

"Please don't" grunts a poisoned leopard hiding his son far from him the mother was at work and had no way of knowing

"Shhhhh kitty and listen to me you will destroy your son and then I can help you you won't be so lonely" by now the leopard had been under the control for a few minutes "kill" he orders the leopard to which the screams of the boy feel the air the blood sprays as bystanders gather but none dare to stop him or intervene for it was terrifying but to the leopard  it was worse he was riping his son appart bloody stained his maw as he pulled ripped tore and bite his son his entrails slipping out like sloshing soup the blood a pool of crimson the screams electing from the pain was clearly cutting through the surrounding areas as it stops police arrive on scene Judy with them she a vet by now on the force was sickened by the sight as the hooded howler turned "ah ms Hopps welcome to the show sadly I must go see you-" a shot rang in the air the bullet pierced the black heart of this monster he collapsed dead Judy's gun trim led from her shaking she threw up quickly the cub was dead sadly so but the dead wasn't he cried so much he cried and spotted a knife he quickly tho people tried to stop it he plunged the knife in his head the brain open to the world bloody knife trickling to the ground is pouring crimson life line

So it was over howling a would never be heard as the dead villain lay

1-2 days later...

Case file #304 the howler case closed perp killed by officer after resisting arrest

No much was said but every Zootopian would talk about the murders of the howler for many a day
