Chapter 5

Everything went well while stealing some meat for dinner. Even if the Military Police had chase you, you were able to run away with no problems, as always. The four of you were now heading back home already thinking that you would have one of the best dinners in your life. Once you got home, you put away the 3DMG and started to make dinner. You and Farlan started to make dinner while Levi and Isabelle set the table. Once they were finished, Levi started to help out Farlan doing rice while you prepared the meat in order to make steaks. Half an hour later everything was ready and the four of you were sitting at the table. Isabelle was sitting next to you while Levi sat in front of you and next to Farlan who sat in front of Isabelle.

"Well, bon appétit" You said.

You tasted the meet in your mouth. It was the best thing that you had tasted until now. The meat was soft and you could easily rip it with your teeth. You swallowed it. It was the best thing in the world.

"It tastes so good!" Isabelle exclaimed.

"Well, we definitively need to eat more of this" Farlan said.

"Fine by me" you said.

"Tch" was all that Levi said. But you knew he liked it, even if he had the same emotionless expression.

When you all finished your meal, you cleaned everything and when Levi was satisfied with the cleaning, you all sat in the living room, in the couches. You were next to Levi and Isabelle and Farlan sat in the other one. You were so tired from the day events that without noticing you fell asleep on Levi's shoulder.

Time skip

Next morning you woke up in your bed, not remembering how you got there. You were turning around to check the time on your clock when you felt a body laying next to you. You you're so surprised you almost screamed, but you were able to control it. You decided to give a closer look to the person next to you, who was with his back facing you. It was a male with black hair in an undercut.

"LEVI!?" you shouted. What the hell was he doing in your fucking bed?

Levi moved under the sheets and turned your face towards you. His eyes were open, but not fully.

"Keep it down, brat" he said, in a low voice. You noticed he still had the clothes from yesterday.

"Why are you here!?" you asked.

"Don't you remember? You asked me when I brought you to bed after you fell a sleep on my shoulder." he answered.

Memories of last night flashed in your head.

Flashback

You felt your body being carried into your room. You slowly opened your eyes, only to see Levi carrying you bridal style. He laid your body on your bed and turned away to left to his own room. He felt a hand gripping his wrist and turned around to see your sleepy form grabbing him.

"Stay with me please" you asked.

Levi sighed. "Fine" he said and laid down next to you. After all you were like a sister to him.

Still half a sleep you embraced him and rested your head in his chest. He put his arms around you too. Soon the two of you were asleep.

End of flashback

"Oh... I remember now." you said. You had no clue why you would ask Levi something like that. Probably because you were feeling lonely or something.

"Well, I'm going to have a shower." Levi announced and left your room, leaving you still laying in bed lost in your thoughts.
