Legend boy!?

The boy in the jacket looked over to jesse who was hiding back in the hood of his cloak. He stood and started walking to him "hey, ummm... What's your name?" he asked jesse. Jesse took a step back, lifting his head to see the boy "j-j-uhhhh, jesse" he hesitantly replied. The girl in blue shot up from her seat making her way over "you mean, jesse? As in, THE jesse?!" she announced excitedly. Jesse nevously smiled backing away from the eager people staring him down "wh-what do y-you mean?" he questioned. The girl in red looked up from her seat "you don't know the story?" she glanced at the boy in green, then to jesse. The boy in grey ushered jesse to the couch, sitting him down "well, there was a legened, about a boy-" he didn't get far before the girl in blue cut in. "The legend says that there was a boy, named jesse, that lived in the forest, he could talk to animals, and he has these strange, amazing powers! There was also a bit about how he was friends with a DRAGON!" she nearly jumped out of her skin. Jesse gasped, there was a story about him, how did he not know About this? He sank down into the fluffy couch thinking things over when the boy in green spoke up "well, if you really are that jesse, then let's see what you can do" he snickered. Jesse wasn't the type to show off, but right now he just wanted to get this guy out of his face, he stood up with and a tiny grin, he created a flame in his hand. They all stared, fasinated at the strange mesmerizing flames conjoured in Jesse's palm. The boy in green closed his big mouth as Jesse exstinguished the flickering flames. Jesse bowed his head, finding the floor suddenly interesting, no body said a word or moved a muscle. Jesse felt ashamed of himself, mother wolf always told him to hide his powers, but he was just so angry at that boy. Jesse took this chance of silence and frozen thoughts to make his escape. He quietly slipped through the door, as soon as his foot hit stone he took off, running into the woods. The humans came out running after him, telling at him to stop and come back, but he just kept running. They didn't stop, he didn't stop. Jesse ran further into the forest, sprinting hard and not daring to look behind him. He heard something running next to him with four legs and heavy breathing, it was night. Jesse smiled, shedding his hood and slipping on his flight goggles, he fell in step with night next to him. Night looked at jesse with big concerned eyes, but jesse only jumped onto his back and the began the process of flight. Jesse turned as they broke through the canopy, he saw the humans looking around, confused, then one saw him. Jesse could not see who it was, but whichever person it was didn't bother telling the others as they split up. Jesse wiped his brow, sighing he settled down in nights dark leather saddle. He only hoped they forgot or were so suprized their minds couldn't comprehend what was going on.
