Lukas pov:
I ran. I ran so fast everything turned blurry, the trees.... The trees, that's about it.
An ear piercing scream echoed through the forest, causing me to stumble in my step. My foot caught on a tree root, and I fell, on my face. The screaming continued as I tried to free my foot, but the tree was eager to eat me.
I know I sound crazy, but it's true! This forest was supposedly cursed.
Anyway, the trees root wraped around my foot even more. It felt like if it squeezed any tighter than my ankle will break!
Should I try to explain things?
Well, olivia, axle, and I were running away from the tnt fight that seemed to be going on. In the forest. Jesse's forest. To be exact, the clearing I found him in, the same clearing where the scream was first heard.
Well, the whole reason why I'm in this cursed forest is because of that scream. We had been split up, each running a different direction to try and pin point the scream.
And what happened?
I lost them... Or they lost each other and me.
So here I am with a pounding headache and a tree trying to eat me.
Oh did I mention it was night time?
Yeah, so mobs were out, everywhere. I know I sound a bit angry now, but I am! Really, this scream is driving me crazy! You try to put up with it for hours, and hours.
Yeah. This scream has been going non-stop. I'm surprised that whatever is making this noise hasn't, like, died yet.
Ggaaaahhhhh!!!!! Crape!
Geezus the tree really did break my ankle! Dang! It huuuuurrrtttsssss!
Ok that's it! I took out my iron sword and chopped away at the enemy trees root. After a while My arms started to hurt, and the root finally snapped!
Freedom, never thought I'd have enough of it.
I ran, and ran, and ran... Well limped, and hopefully I was running/limping the right way. All I knew was I had to get out of this forest.
Screw the mystery screamer!
