Chapter 17: The Order's Dark Secret

The 7 members of the Nation were brought to the hospital to get treated for their injuries (not in the same hospital where Hyungwon was). When they were questioned who beat them up, they said it was just the local gang and not to be concerned about it very much.

"Master, why? You could've told them that it was Shownu, his loser group and the other groups from the other schools who did this to us!" asked Yunhyeong.

"Nah, that won't be necessary. One must see and understand the situation before making a move; we were hopelessly outnumbered but I still ordered all of you to fight so that at least we can save our group's honour." said B.I.

"Yeah well so much for our honour! It's gone!" said Donghyuk.

"On the contrary, we still have it; we gave up and accepted the humiliation of losing. Giving up is not always a sign of weakness. Always remember that guys."

"But now what? How are we ever going to get her then?" Jinhwan asked.

"Don't worry, I'll think of a plan, a good one but for now, let's rest. That's an order!"

The next few days were surprisingly peaceful! The Nation were confined in the hospital so we didn't have to worry about them while for the Order? We did see some of them occasionally but we still avoided them.

Hyungwon was fast recovering at the hospital. His parents stayed to care for him. They were very nice people and thanked us for coming to Hyungwon's aid. They won't stop thanking for what Minhyuk did! Hahaha! Hyungwon kept apologizing that he won't be able to help but we told him it was fine and he just had to focus on recovering.

Anyways, the inter-school competition was slowly drawing to a close. It was all set to end at Sunday night with a huge fireworks display. And then the next day, classes were cancelled so that everyone could rest.

Today's Friday and our department's hosting an exhibition at the gymnasium. It was fully packed with students from our own and other schools! Kihyun, (your best friend's name) and I were roaming around to make sure the exhibits aren't being touched or meddled with. I.M and the rest of his officers were roaming around as well.

Kihyun and (your best friend's name) were observing a demonstration while I was about to open my bottle of orange juice when somebody accidentally hit my right shoulder making me drop the bottle! That somebody also dropped their own bottle on the floor.

"Sorry! I didn't see you!" the guy said.

"Oh! Don't worry! It's..." I stopped talking. It was Hongbin!

"It's you! Finally!" he said.

"Yah! What do you want from her again?!" Kihyun said as he and (your best friend's name) arrived at my side.

"Ah wait! Please don't misunderstand! I've been looking for you since that day. I... I wanted to apologize actually. I thought it over that night and well... it wasn't right for me and even for the Order to have done that to you. On behalf of the Order of Zelos, I would like to apologize." Hongbin then bowed at me.

"He's lying! I'm sure of it!" said (your best friend's name).

"I'm telling the truth! Honestly!" he said. "Look straight at my eyes then!" I was afraid but I still looked straight at his eyes.
