"We're singing' deck the halls, It's not Christmas at all. Remember when you were here, and everything we had last year" Josh sang.

He was singing a song for the "A 604 Records Christmas" Album.

I was amazed by his voice. His voice instantly relaxes me.

When he finished singing everyone clapped. The boys and I were at the studio Christmas party. Ian brought his girlfriend Kim, Matt was by himself, and Mike brought his girlfriend Megan while his son was at his mom's.

"You really like Josh don't you?" Kim asked as she took a sip of her vodka and tonic.

"Yeah" I admitted as my cheeks turned a dark crimson.

"Be good to him, he needs the support. His break up with Amanda really took a toll on him. I don't want to see him hurt again" Kim warned.

I nodded.

"Matt, where's Nicole?" I questioned. He and Nicole have been spending less and less time together. It was odd...

"She didn't want to come," Matt said taking another shot. He was beyond drunk.

"Why?" I asked

"We got into another fight, but we'll work through it" he mumbled taking another shot.

"Matt you really sho-" I was cut off by Josh walking over and wrapping his arms around me.

"Hey babe" He whispered in my ear, a slight smell of alcohol coming off his lips.

"Hi" I whispered back turning around and giving him a gentle kiss.

"We should probably all leave soon," Megan said as she sat in Mike's lap.

Ian and his girlfriend Kim were dancing on the other side of the room.

"Yeah probably" I quietly said.

The boys drinking scared me because I was scared one of them would become violent with me although I doubt that would ever happen.

It was just what Kaleb did that made me feel that way.

"Christmas is in two days," Josh said as he drove back to the apartment.

He claimed he could drive because he only had one drink hours ago.

"Yeah, it is," I said, brushing some hair out of my face.

"It's our first Christmas together," Josh said smiling.

"Yep" I mumbled.

"On Christmas, we're going over to my sister Sara's and spending it there. I do that every year, so you'll get to meet my whole family. Mom, dad, sister, cousins, etc." He rambled on.

"Are they going to like me?" I asked feeling nervous.

"I know that they will love you Melia" Josh whispered gently.

"I'm not Amanda though" I whispered.

Josh looked at me, but then quickly focused back on the road.

"I know you're not Amanda, and they know you aren't Amanda but it doesn't matter.

"Okay," I whispered as he pulled into the parking lot of the apartment block.

"So we're not telling them we're together? Just that I had no one to spend Christmas with so you invited me?" I asked double checking our plan.

"Yes, if that's okay?" He asked.

"Yeah," I said

"I'm going to bed" I quietly said as I got out of the car and made my way up the stairs.
