"Prom!?" Asked all of the students in the classroom.

"Yes, there will be a prom after exams. It will be for all Juniors and Seniors. So each and every one of you will be able to attend. Make sure to come with a friend! Or better: A lover! Oh, I just adore couples at prom!" Said the English teacher.

She sighed romantically as everyone decided to figure out who to ask to prom. And then people started talking about me and Laurance for some reason. Gosh, why are the two of us talked about so much!? They kept saying like how they two of us are definitely going to prom together. I sighed. Even though I really wanted to go with him.

"Okay, before I get back to my lesson, I just had to ask but has anything happened between Laurance and Aphmau lately?" The teacher asked.

You've gotta be kidding me...

"Oh my Irene..." I whispered annoyed. Laurance sighed.

"APHMAU~SENPAI AND LAURANCE~KUN WERE ABOUT KISS AT THE PARK—" Kawaii~Chan was gonna say.

"WHAAAT!?"

"DIDN'T THEY HATE EACH OTHER!?"

"MY SHIP IS SAILING!"

Me and Laurance groaned.

"KAWAII~CHAN!" We screamed.

"Okay, sorry!" She apologized. 

"Aww! So cute! So are you two dating n—" The teacher began.

"NO!" We yelled at the same time.

"Aww, well anyway. Let me get back to my lesson."

The entire week was hell for me. Eeeevery guy came up to me to ask me out but I flat out rejected them. Why hasn't Laurance asked me yet!? Ugh! I don't wanna go with any guys I don't even know!

I looked over at him and saw the same thing happening to him. Every girl came up to him to ask him but he said no.

Gah, why won't he just ask me?

•°•Laurance's POV (Finally!)•°•

The truth was, I really wanted to ask Aphie to prom but...I'm scared she'll say know because she's not over Aaron's death yet...then I'd feel shattered. I just really love her and I want to go to prom with her so badly. And I really wanted to kiss her yesterday but sadly we couldn't.

Gah, I'm actually really upset about that. I really want to taste her sweet lips but...ugh now I sound weird. But it's true. I really wanna kiss her. And I think she does too. I kinda wish that dream I had a couple weeks ago was true...I wouldn't mind making out with Aphie in bed! I hope we do that one day...

Heh, it feels weird to say all this. I just use to think Aphie was a nerd but now I see she's more than that.

Okay, I have to ask her out. But it has to be somewhere where we can be alone.

I looked for Aphie during lunch. She was sitting with our group. I walked up to the table. It looked like Aphie and Katelyn were having an arm wrestle. And Aphie was surprisingly winning. And she did. Wow. Katelyn looked tired af and Aphie was yelling with joy. I smiled. She looked at me.

"Hi, Laurance! What took you so long?"

"Oh, I just had to stay after class for something. Um...Aph, can you come with me?"

"Sure!" She turned back to the others. "I'll be right back, guys!"

"What, are you guys gonna make out or some junk?" Katelyn teased. Kawaii~Chan cooed.

"N-No! I just need to talk to her. That's all." 

I searched for an alone place to take us. Ah-ha! The music room. No one should be in it right now.

I opened the door and took us inside.

"Laurance? What did you wanna talk to me about?"

"W-Well...I..."

She smirked. "What? Are you asking me out or something cute like that?" She cooed.

"I..." I blushed. "What I'm trying to say is...will you...go to—" I was cut off when I tripped over something. I stumbled forward by putting my hands on the wall but now it just looks like I'm pinning Aphmau to the wall. We both blushed. "I-I'm so sorry!"

"I-It's okay...w-what did you want to ask?"

"Um...I wanted to know if...you'd wanna go to prom with me?" I blushed as her eyes lit up.

"O-Of course I will! I'd love to go with you." She smiled. I was relived. 

"Heh, thank Irene you didn't say no." She giggled.

"Why would I say no to a cute face like that?" I blushed harder then chuckled.

"Heh, um...hey, wanna redo the um...the kiss we were supposed to have?" She blushed.

"O-Okay! I'd love to!" I smirked and wrapped my arms around her waist and leaned in.

Please no interruptions! 

"Aphmau Phoenix, could you please report to the front office, Aphmau Phoenix. Thank you." Said the speakers. I sighed angrily.

"Ugh! Every time!" I yelled.

"I guess so...but it'll happen eventually!" She kissed my cheek. "Well, I'll see you later then?"

"Yeah. Bye."

She walked out of the room and to the office.

Gah, why can't I just kiss her!? I don't understand...is this some kind of curse or something!? Ugh!

I want to kiss her so badly...it's a desire.

But it'll happen eventually. Like maybe at prom we'll share a kiss.

*sigh* I just...really love Aphmau, and after that, I want her.

Ooh Laurance said that last line in mcd once kinda. He said "I love you and after that, I want you." And why is Laurmau doing horrible in mcd!? Why!? 😭 Well, maybe this means they'll kiss again? But I'm getting off topic. I hope u enjoyed!
