"I.. i have decided to bring down my walls, i want to talk to you. Sorry if i was being rude before, i have been hurt so many times before, it just was easier to keep things to myself."
'Everyone's been hurt before, but now at least you have someone who can listen whenever you feel horrible.'
'Thank you for that.'
' You are welcome. So what do you wanna talk about today?"
'I wanted to explain why i took out so many loans.'
'Go ahead'
'There was a lot going on. My mother was in a special retirement home, she had...umm .. she had dementia.. It was really hard growing up, and since my dad walked out on her.. i was left taking care of her. Sometimes she couldn't even recognise who i was. I realised she was getting worse, and i decided to take her to that special home, so that she could get better. "
"I was the sole bread winner and finances weren't looking too good. I had to take out those loans to keep her in the home."
'I am so sorry that happened to you.'
--Silence--
Kelly reached out her hand and held his reassuringly, Clark looked up and smiled at her
"Thanks, So can we be friends now?"
"We always will be."
